I can't remember this many trades EVER in the NFL.

Bradford to the Eagles.
Fitzpatrick to the Jets.

And the Eagles just playing Fantasy Football with their roster.

Seriously, this is the most WTF off season signing/deals I've ever seen.

As a man with a wife who is an Eagles fan. I have never seen someone who keeps throwing their hands up in the air as much as she has. As a Steelers fan as usually we are the ugly girl standing in the corner of the prom while the Colts are break dancing all over the floor. I still have no idea how they keep bumping up to the salary cap when they don't pay anyone.

well, you have to pay your own players. such as "Roethlisberger" and "Antonio Brown" as well as Timmons and Pouncey as well as pushing dead money into the future by keeping everyone from the '08 Super Bowl team until the wheels fell off.

I think Chip Kelly is under the assumption that whatever health and dietary systems he has implemented for the Eagles allow him to gamble on fragile players and come out ahead. Sam Bradford and Ryan Matthews will be good tests for that. That said, I like how they structured the draft picks so that if Bradford gets injured (or sucks), they don't have to pay the Rams as much.

Still, Chip Kelly is either going to win the Super Bowl in the next two years and revolutionize pro football or he's going to be back at some college in 2017. Whatever happens from here on out, its completely on him.

As an Eagles fan, I'm sad that Maclin is gone. McCoy's time was going to run out at some point. I was never sold on Foles but I think he'll do well with the Rams.

I've got a bad feeling that this is the end for a while for the Eagles. Chip is going to implode. Most of the players we just picked up will be gone in a year or two, and then we'll go to rebuilding hell while Lurie can put together the infrastructure to be competitive again.

DeAngelo Williams is set to visit the Steelers Friday, per Adam Schefter

Lions fan here. The is the first time I can remember a huge star for us (Suh) leaving for another team. Usually, they suck here and then leave to become superstars (see Avril, Cliff). Most of the fanbase is saying "Good Riddance!" to Suh, especially since we picked up Ngata. Because we're petty and can't stand someone choosing a huge contract over loyalty to us.

But, we're all fooling ourselves, as usual. At least having a markedly shittier defense should expose Stafford as the mediocre QB he is. So... we got THAT going for us.

I have no idea what is happening.

Rex Ryan, followed by Shady McCoy. Followed by....possibly Percy Harvin?

Someone make this all stop.

Whose going to throw these hosers the ball?

They traded for Matt Cassel and still have EJ Manuel...so I really have no idea.

Eagles got DeMarco Murray. They lost me at trading for Sam Bradford, but they're massively interesting and I'm very interested in how that all turns out as a neutral.

Bradford is a franchise QB IF and that's probably the biggest IF ever, he can stay healthy. he's had a different OC nearly every season and by all accounts had the systems down. He's smart, athletic and can make every throw imaginable. He just can't keep from tearing a knee up. If he can stay healthy he will be WAY above average in the league and the steal of the off season. If not, well........

EDITED TO ADD:

DeMarco Murray to the Eagles and his "replacement" is Darren McFadden?
Is that REALLY an upgrade Jerry?

Why do we think Bradford is actually any good at all? What evidence have we seen that he can "make every throw" and whatnot? While it surely sucks having a different OC every year, what if the reason for the turnover is that they all got there, realized 'oh man, this guy actually kinda stinks' and then get scapegoated for the lack of offensive production?

I don't understand much of what the Eagles have done this offseason and this is yet another example. I still think they're going to somehow try to make a trade up for Mariota.

"They showed Kazarian talking on his cell phone. Tenay said that was a sign of disrespect. West suggested that perhaps Kazarian was phoning in the moves to someone who is going to help him prepare to face one of these wrestlers. That's one of the worst guesses in history for why someone is on the phone."

Shurmur apparently didn't.

I've no issue swapping Foles for Bradford. Foles was fricking terrible and no less injury prone. Only problem I have is the level of compensation the Eagles gave up with Foles to get him.

And fare thee well Tebow. Your time in Philly was Frank Gore-anly brief, but we shall forever remember you fondly.

I would not mind seeing Chip coach Tim Tebow.

The Chiefs D wasn't exactly top notch either, mind you. And the Colts actually have a couple of good WRs. There is a reason the Colts won in KC in the divisional round last year. And I'm a Chiefs fan.
