Avengers: The Enemy within #1 Age of Ultron #8 Iron Man #10
AoU is fun imo. They changed the story around, going from the current world dominated by Ultron to the past where they go after Pym to the current world again...where things are different now. Without spoiling much, Tony Stark seems to run things and mentions that without Pym, the battle between science & magic was won by magic. Then a battle ensues.
There's still the sense of 'whatever, it's just an alternate timeline' but Bendis tries his best to have it all make sense.
I'm very much on the fence by the latest Iron Man issue. It tells the 'secret origin of Tony Stark' and...meh. The story really just started so maybe it'll get better but for now it's not something I care about.
Caliban makes a good point about how the comics industry works, but I think the amount of time that's passed already is what makes this a hard pill to swallow. Watchmen has been left alone for 20+ years.
