The Microsfot's store has it at $40 (from $60) until the end of the month. You can buy up to 3. I don't have an Xbox but this sounds like a pretty good deal.
Third-party publishers really weren't sure how the DS was going to sell. It was certainly not expected to do as good as it has done so far...not even Nintendo expected that.
