Simply tremendous. I was just watching that Survivor Series over the weekend and It does look like Dwayne Gill was having the best time of his life when he was coming out to face Mankind.
I can't believe he really held a belt for over a year, one that he'd won from Christian of all people. Fantastic!

Part two goes up Thursday and I can't wait.
A fifteen month long title reign during the Attitude Era? That is huge! But wait, how many times did he defend the belt? Nonetheless, I think it meant a lot to him to even be champ or even be on a PPV. Therefore I'm glad for him.

Well, that 15 month reign consisted of about a month & half on TV after he won the title & then about 13 & 1/2 months out on the independent circuit. I remember reading indy reports at the time & see him showing up almost everywhere with the the Lightweight Championship & beating wrestlers everywhere. At the time he won it they were trying to expand the division but it wasn't working out well so I guess they opted instead of dumping the fairly new belt at the time they just gave him down side route & indy shows. Anyways, yeah probably on of the longer reigns in that championship's history.
