The Strowman return was deliciously campy, and kudos to Miz and the crew for handling that perfectly. I felt sorry for Curtis Axel, who sacrificed his life (and his snazzy suit) so that Miz (and Bo) may live and continue to grace us with their presence.
If the merch department doesn't produce a Braun Strowman "Powerslams for Reps" shirt, they're missing out on a golden opportunity.
I'm flabbergasted that the WWE expects its audience to buy Kane as a physical equal to Strowman in 2017. The better storylines to emerge would be Kane v Balor (Demon vs Demon) and Braun v Joe (since they have unfinished business and now the face/heel alignments line up the way the E wants). Speaking of Joe, he came back, cut a great promo about the WWE Universe not missing him enough, and squished poor Apollo Crews. Nia Jax is back as well. There was a moment when Joe made his return and walked right past Nia on the entrance ramp, and it's made me realize that I want to see a Joe/Nia tag team now.
Alexa beat Mickie with a straight forearm to retain her title in the main event. I guess the forearm is better than the shitty DDT, but why can't she go back to that splash she did in NXT? It was perfectly serviceable.
I zoned out when I saw Stephanie turn up, but the gist of what she did was to chastise Kurt Angle, make him team captain for Survivor Series, and threaten his job if he doesn't deliver "total annihilation." Daniel Bryan, the stealthy ninja that he is, managed to sneak past Raw's security and talk to Angle, but he couldn't sneak past Kane, who promptly squished him.
OH AND THERE WAS A MATCH FEATURING TEX FERGUSON AND CHAD 2 BADD!
This show was an A+++ just for Tex and Chad.

That was the single worst match of the year.
They're really not even bothering with the last hour are they? The Alexa and Mickie match was so weird. Mickie was dominating, got several near falls in a row and Alexa forearmed her once and the match was over.
I suspect they told the women to end the match immediately. I hope so anyway for Mickie's sake. Balor and Cesaro ended suddenly too, but a Coupe De Grace to the head SHOULD end a match right quick.
Samoa Joe made Crews look tiny, and that was a surprise. I must have misjudged both guys' size.
