WWE President Nick Khan just sent an email to all employees announcing that all office employees are to work remotely tomorrow as the company will begin post-merger layoffs. Employees have been asked to remain home in order to allow HR to issue the layoffs privately.
Honestly, there's no way around it with these kinds of mergers. The people who got cut probably have seen this coming for a while now, although I don't know if that makes it any easier. I do wonder how talent is going to be handled going forward. Does WWE still oversee that internally, or will there be someone from Endeavor who has to sign off on stuff?
From the report over at The Wob it seemed like Angle was being a prick about something that really wasn't all that important. Eddie came in early on a run-in and Angle got all mad and shovy backstage, which Eddie responded to in kind.
