On a good week, you can get 1-2 good segments (particularly if they are looking over an historic era/event). On the other weeks, its generally pure crap.
If it wasn't for war, you wouldn't know what peace was.
WWE is very good at putting their own spin on things, so even interesting stories must be taken with a grain of salt, or at least realize that their is probably another side to the story.
My experience with it is a little more positive. I don't go for 'magazine' shows in general, but my husband and I always try to catch Confidential. Yes, some weeks it's mostly fluff. Other weeks, it's very entertaining and often informative, at least for us. I love seeing the vintage footage, and there is something about Gene Okerlund's voice that keeps my attention.
The interviews with people like John Cena and Randy Orton had a lot of surprising material, and IMO were a good way to get a sense of the person. At least the sense that WWE wants you to get. I'm sorry I missed last week's Nathan Jones interview, and I'll be looking for the rerun of that.
In the beginning, I enjoyed Confidential. As the series went on however, Confidential started to lose steam. Once in a while they have a good feature, but most of the time, Confidential hasn't been good lately. Coupled with the fact that at least once a month they have a repeat, every Saturday at 11:30, I find myself watching SNL, instead of Confidential.
I'm also puzzled as to why Confidential starts at 11:03, instead of 11:00.
That move would have been far more impressive if it weren't for the fact that when you watched it happening there was no actual lifting ever done by Sable during the move.
