"You may be wondering why I have been making so many references lately to Fox News. The reason is that it is now my cable news network of choice -- because if I’m going to watch the news and be lied to, I want it to be ridiculously obvious that I am being lied to." -- Center for an Informed America, Newsletter #34
It's a military appreciation design, no worse than Padres or Tucson Sidewinders honorary jerseys.
"You will never get that TV show. You'll never, ever get the Republican TV show. The Writers Guild of America, my union, is at a minimum, 99 percent leftist liberal and, like me, socialist. And we don't know how to write it. We don't." - Lawrence O'Donnell, former Capitol Hill aide; co-producer/executive story editor/writer for "The West Wing"; and, creator/Executive Producer of "Mister Sterling" on why Republicans and conservatives are "practically invisible" on TV during CNN's "Relibable Sources", 3/25.

Yeah, but in BLUE AND WHITE? The Sidewinders jersey you linked to looks like a reasonable approximation of military camo. The only place you could hide wearing the Steelheads atrocity would be in a 60's go-go bar, and then only if everyone else was stoned out of their head and being distracted by bright shiny objects.
Their choice of colors makes the Steelheads jersey look like a demented jigsaw puzzle, not anything that any self-respecting soldier would ever want to wear.

True...
"Certainly one of the chief guarantees of freedom under any government, no matter how popular and respected, is the right of citizens to keep and bear arms. This is not to say that firearms should not be very carefully used and that definite safety rules of precaution should not be taught and enforced. But the right of citizens to bear arms is just one more guarantee against arbitrary government, one more safeguard against a tyranny which now appears remote in America, but which historically has proved to be always possible." - Sen. Hubert H. Humphrey, 1960
I hardly think that it comes close to topping some of the hideous NHL third jerseys out there.

In the issues of December 16th, 2000 to November 10th, 2001, we may have given the impression that George W. Bush had been legally and duly elected president of the United States. We now understand that this may have been incorrect, and that the election result is still too close to call. The Economist apologizes for any inconvenience. --- The Economist, 11/17/01
I half-expected to see the name "Dudley" on the back. It does remind me of the time a bunch of us went to see a riveting Tacoma Sabercats-Idaho Steelheads matchup at the Tacoma Dome. What crap hockey. The only saving grace came after the fact that we realized the row in front of us was full of youngsters. We were complaining loudly how shitty the hockey was (the rink looked like a Slurpee) and felt all these little eyes on us, so we decided to root vociferously for Idaho. It was AWESOME. I mean, who the fuck would be such an Idaho Steelheads fan that they would go see them on the road in Tacoma? We had a blast, with various "I!-D!-A!-H!-O!" and "HEADS! HEADS! HEADS! HEADS!" chants. We were genuinely annoying, but in a good way, and BOY did we hear it when Tacoma scored the winnning goal with about two minutes left. Good times.
Washington Huskies, 2003 Pac-10 football champs. Coming soon.
That would be a great baseball jersey, if you could get away with it. I dare a batter to try to pick up the ball looking at a picture that's wearing THAT!... The batter will become crossed eyed as the ball is halfway to the plate
cause there's limits to our liberties. 'Least I hope and pray that there are, cause those liberal freaks go too far.
I'll crush all opposition to me And I'll make Ted Kennedy pay If he fights back, I'll say that he's gay

Very enjoyable game this year. Nice to see minimal dump & chase for once. On a side note, does Sheryl Crow have to appear at EVERYTHING? Seriously, her mug is always performing at benefits, tributes, sporting events...
