We may or may not hear about this on television, but for people who like to keep track of this kinda stuff, the Women's Title was won by Mickie James for the third time, and then won back by Melina shortly thereafter on the 24th, the last night of WWE's European Tour.
On the show (which took place in Paris), Mickie James won the title by pinning Victoria in a triple-threat match that also involved Melina, and then Jonathan Coachman came out, declared that Melina was due an immediate rematch because she hadn't been pinned, and Melina stole the title back by pinning Mickie with her feet on the ropes.
Just in case someone wanted to know that.

The question is, why would Victoria forget to kick out in the three way match that caused this improvisation? I would think Victoria is the last woman wrestler who would make that kind of odd mistake. Is she going blind and couldn't tell the difference because Melina and Mickie?
And why wouldn't the ref just stop counting? That has happened before.
This is just a very weird situation and the Chris Jericho in me is smelling a CONSPIRACY~! Or not.
I dunno if that's the case for the E, but as a ref I've been instructed to always count to 3 no matter what. Even if it means botching the planned finish of a match. It's up to the wrestler to kick out at the appropriate time.
Myself I'm not a fan of Nick Patrick's "hand under the shoulder routine" or Earl Hebner's telegraphed two-count.
Who's to say this wasn't planned as a surprise for the fans? This happens almost once every year or so on a house show. Dusty is still a writer/agent for WWE, is he not?
WWE had a little piece on it so at least it really happened. For those that do keep track. Other than that..*shrug* It's cool for the crowd even if most of them probably don't care much about the women's'title.
Judging by some of the women's matches we've seen it's very possible someone screwed up a move and knocked Victoria loopy and didn't realize what was happening.
Um, or probably what happened was, Victoria getting pinned by Mickie was the planned ending, and Jonathan Coachman came out and made an immediate rematch between Mickie and Melina because he's a heel! Yikes, people. It's like we're coming up with conspiracy theories like this was the Montreal Screwjob.

It was SUPER lame to stop for blood and not edit it out. Given the noticeable edits in Shelton's prematch promo, clearly they WERE editing tonight's show ahead of time, so why not fix this too? She's insatiable and she needs a boyfriend!
