Black Friday was the UFL Championship game - anybody remember to watch it? I sure didn't!
After the first overtime in league history, the Las Vegas Locomotives emerged with a 20-17 victory over the Florida Tuskers. Of course, the UFL doesn't write their own news, so I have to direct you to the AP/New York Times (nytimes.com) for all the poop.
NFL teams have already started picking up the scraps - the Falcons (ajc.com), Lions (detnews.com) and Panthers (miamiherald.com) have all made moves to pick up UFL players. I'm not sure putting a dude on the practice squad is really newsworthy enough to make the UFL front page, but I guess you take what you can get.
