I was fooling around on the WWE website today and went into the Shopzone for the first time in a long time. I've noticed that they've started selling British Bulldog, JYD, Mr. Perfect, and Rick Rude t-shirts. Is this a new development or something that's been around for a while that I missed?
I need to own that Mr. Perfect shirt. Now, if they'd only bring back the classic Macho Man shirt that had a picture of his sunglasses with his reflection in them and simply said "MACHO MAN". That shirt ruled.
That's very cool. I also like the Mr. Perfect shirt. A Jake the Snake shirt would be awesome too. This is indeed something new - the shirts aren't available until this weekend.
"How could we possibly appreciate the Mona Lisa if Leonardo had written at the bottom of the canvas: 'The lady is smiling because she is hiding a secret from her lover.' This would shackle the viewer to reality, and I don't want this to happen to 2001." - Stanley Kubrick
Wow, it's "Legends" line of shirts. I feel a little creeped out by it because some of the legends in the WWE have passed away from this life. Hmm...it's probably just me because I still haven't touched any of the Eddie Guerrero stuff.
Oh, I dunno, color me a sucker for the WWE Legends UNO set above any of the T-shirts. Now if we can just get a WWE Legends Monopoly set so I can trade you Know Your Role Boulevard for Badstreet U.S.A., we'll be all set.

Don't forget Dudleyville, Tombstone, and Parts Unknown.
And where the Hell is Slick on that Managers T-shirt?
Doubt it. The way WWE contracts have gone for the better part of the last decade or more, WWE assumes ownership of the fictious ring names to wrestlers. They get 100% of the profits.
Such is the case with someone like The Bushwackers, who recently signed a WWE legends contract. Honky Tonk Man has refused to sign a Legends contract because he makes five times what they were offer to the legends (a one-time payout of $20,000) just from his independent performances (which includes the amount he makes from selling merchandise at the shows he appears at). Snuka was considering signing a contract but doesn't want to sign away his name forever and ability to wrestle on the independents.
I like the Piper/Orton/Orndorff shirt. The Bushwackers and Wild Samoans shirts look odd...
