I haven't seen enough of Steve Corino's matches to know what move his finisher actually is. I know he uses the superkick and a lot of piledrivers. But what is the Old School Expulsion??
The Old-School Expulsion was primarily Corino's finisher later on in his ECW career. And yes, it was a Twist of Fate variant.
Corino would grab his opponent in an inverted chancery (position for an inverted DDT), then would perform a Twist of Fate--but as he had held the opponent face-up rather than face-down, he would swing into a reverse neckbreaker rather than a 3/4 bulldog (Diamond Cutter, whatever).
