It's about damn time this book came out, but it turned out to be more than worth the wait.
This issue is nearly ALL action. Wanna see Hulk smash? This is your book! Wanna see Quicksilver break speeds previously thought unthinkable? This is your book! Wanna see Cap kick ass in a one-on-one setting? This is your book! Wanna see Iron Man take down some terrorists while drunk off his ass? Oh yeah, this is your book!
Curious yet? How about all this PLUS another cliffhanger? It ain't over yet.
Nuts to that other book, THIS is the best Marvel book currently on the market. Put down your issue of Civil War and go pick THIS book up!
Huge thumbs up!
(edited by It's False on 27.9.06 1759) TEN YEARS AGO IN WRESTLING HISTORY: SEPTEMBER 1996 WWF: Shawn Michaels d. Mankind at Mind Games, one of the 90's best matches. Also, some guy named Steve Austin made it his personal mission to bring Bret Hart back to the ring.
WCW: The nWo prevailed in War Games with the help of a Fake Sting. The real Sting walked out on WCW, kicking off one of the biggest angles in the company's history.
- Note to superheroes: Killing people is OK. Captain America and Iron Man do it!
- Ultimate Quicksilver is my new favorite hero. The guy lectures the enemy he's disintregrating, and does it so quickly that Hawkeye accuses him of standing around....AGAIN!
- Hawkeye with a Darth Maul zinger was a little quippy for a guy that just lost his family a few days earlier.
- Once the cleanup starts taking place, who's the country's biggest threat? Hulk or Hank Pym & Ultron?

I used to love watching the Hitchens brothers debate on the Sunday morning CSPAN show back in the 90s. http://www.vanityfair.com/culture/christopher-hitchens/graydon-201112
