What can I tell ya (again)? Sometimes DNS is set up and sometimes it isn't. You gotta believe we have zero control what goes on in other countries with people's networks and reverse DNS setup - or lack thereof. If the country code comes back with nothing, you get the default, which is USA.
I get that. I just am kind of intrigued from a user/kind of conceptionally aware point of view
