I'll definitely have to see this! It's got so many of my favorite actors. According to the wikipedia page (en.wikipedia.org), roles were offered to Jean Claude Van Damme and Steven Segal, but they turned it down. I'm sure it will be cheesy, but with that star-power, I can't say no.
The thing that kills me is that Lundgren, Crews and Roarke could have been Van Damme, Snipes and Seagal. This movie could have been even BETTER.
And yes it will be cheesy (Stallone looks bloated in this movie and Lundgren has a look on his face like he can't believe he's in a movie that will actually go to theatres), but it might be nice to see a movie where all the actions scenes aren't filmed by jittery 8 yr old (I'm looking at you, Bourne movies)
Kevin Kelly: "Mr. Austin, would you like to comment on Wade Keller's Take that endorsing the XFL hurts your anti-authority character?"
Steve Austin: "Oh shit, he actually said that? I thought the boys in the back were ribbing me!"

Citizen Kane also had a concerted smear campaign directed at it and against Welles by the Hollywood press under the direction of William Randolph Hearst.
