It's another TIE OF MYSTERY - and for all I know it was homemade out of a pattern, although it DOES have a liner. I'm not sure how it scanned, but it SHOULD be navy on white...just very very textured as well. This is what happens when you reach all the way to the bottom - tomorrow I'll try to go halfway and see if I find something "newer."
