Back into the main pile and I *believe* this is one of the very first ties I ever bought, during high school, from the Modesto Salvation Army store on Yosemite Avenue. I bought five ties for five bucks. I think it reminded me of the flag or something, because I have a flag tie inherited from my father that's pretty much the same colour scheme.

The fact they (1) they're using a WPL identifier and (2) they reference a country name that technically doesn't exist anymore leads me to believe this tie is even older than I think it is. Dig the lovely Oleg Cassini + crests inlay! Well....in your mind, because that part doesn't show up here.
