Sandman and Jeff Hardy are confirmed, along with 8 other people. If Sandman is in the game then one would have to surmise that the kendo stick is also in the game as a playable weapon. I'd be shocked if He Who Must Not Be Named isn't deleted from the game entirely. IGN also says all three announce teams are in, which is good news for us JBL fans. I hope they add in some of his critical praise of Matt Hardy and his gushing for King Booker.
I can't imagine the crossface being kept, or Benoit's standard taunt moves or his 'run into a guy and kock them down' move. The triple germans and the swandive headbutt might be kept, but they might tweak the animations a bit to make them not look similar to how Benoit did them.

I can't imagine WWE giving THQ the go-ahead to put any of Benoit's signature moves in the game. For at least this year, I think we can pretty much guarantee that the Crossface, the diving headbutt, the rolling Germans, the throat-slash gesture and just anything that screams or even whispers "Benoit" will be taken out. It sucks, cause it hampers the ability to make a CAW of Kurt Angle, but I think it's going to happen.
