All 5 seasons, uncut, and in HD! The 101 network is so great. Thanks DirecTV
Yessss!!! This clears up SO much space in my Blockbuster Online queue. I've already seen the entire series but my girlfriend is only on season 2. This is GREAT news.
I kept putting off this show forever, so I'm pretty happy I can at least pretend to watch it as if it was first-run. But man, July 18th seems like forever away.
I guess I can finish catching up with Breaking Bad by then.

I had the same reaction as you did, putting the series off just because it seemed kind of daunting and because I thought that surely it couldn't live up to the hype.
But then I started watching last fall and ended up watching the entire series over the course of about three weeks. It's THAT addictive and awesome. Quite possibly the single-best TV series I've ever seen.

This basically summarizes my experience with the show and the experiences of seemingly countless others I've heard talk about The Wire. "It could never live up to the hype!" And yet, it seems almost everyone agrees that it does. And I agree, quite possibly the single-best TV series *I've* ever seen too.

Don't forget the awesome that is/was Trailer Park Boys.
DirecTV only. 101 is the position in the sky of their original satellite - and is the name of the channel they air most of their home-grown stuff on. It is channel 101, also.
