Decent outing this time around. I could live without the main plot with Homer, Marge, and carpentry.
Bart and Skinner made this episode great. The epic "peanut vs. shrimp" fight with the Star Wars music in the background brought the goodness.
One thing to be said so far about this season's episodes, they're better than the last few years.
TEN YEARS AGO IN WRESTLING HISTORY: SEPTEMBER 1996 WWF: Shawn Michaels d. Mankind at Mind Games, one of the 90's best matches. Also, some guy named Steve Austin made it his personal mission to bring Bret Hart back to the ring.
WCW: The nWo prevailed in War Games with the help of a Fake Sting. The real Sting walked out on WCW, kicking off one of the biggest angles in the company's history.
Homer: What if I told you this gazebo was actually made by a woman?
Kent Brockman: I'd have it torn down and burned as a funeral pyre ...for your manhood.
Homer: (gasps)
Kent Brockman: Why did my response frighten you?
Homer: Oh... well, like all men I have a vivid imagination.
Kent Brockman: Well put. Let's take off our shirts and wrestle!
That exchange, Skinner's "You've had your nuts in my face for far too long!", the Bart vs. Skinner Duel of the Fates, and Homer's shirt: "I do all the work!" (I want one!) garner this episode a thumbs up from me.
