Looks like some very exciting seres this time. One can only hope they match the drama of the first round!
THE WEST
Ducks (8) vs Dallas (2) Canucks (4) vs Wild (7)
THE EAST
Sens (1) vs Flyers (4) New Jersey (2) vs Tampa (3)
----------
Dallas over the Ducks in a series closer than what people expect.
The Wild over the Canucks. I hate to say it (because an all Canadian series would RULE) I see the Wild going on.
New Jersey over Tampa. Pure talent wins out over the youth. Next year, look out for Tampa though.
And finally....YOUR OTTAWA SENATORS over the Flyers.

The next good joy that Mary had, It was the joy of six; To see her own Son Jesus Christ Upon the Crucifix. Upon the Crucifix, Good Lord; And happy may we be; Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost To all eternity.
My seedings in the West could be off, because I tend to follow the east more closely what with being a Habs and Sens fan. I noticed that too though, that one through four in the east advanced.

EAST
YOUR Ottawa Senators over Philly New Jersey over Tampa Bay
WEST
Dallas over Anaheim Vancouver over Minnesota
That is all.
Jamie is exactly right here. But he then needs to follow up with Ottawa over the Devils, Dallas over Vancouver and the Senators to beat the Stars in the Finals!!

I like the way you think! Then we get the Portland Sea Dogs to win the Eastern League title and we're all set!

Need I say more?"
* The Western Conference finals could conceivably be the old Minnesota team (Dallas) against the new Minnesota team.
* The Eastern Conference finals could conceivably be the meeting of the expansion class of 1991, Ottawa vs. Tampa Bay.
* Hell, the final four could be Ottawa, Tampa Bay, Anaheim and Minnesota; four recent expansion teams. In a related story, hockey fans in Toronto, Chicago, Boston, New York and Montreal are shooting themselves (Detroit fans already shot themselves after the first round).
* The ideal would be Vancouver vs. Ottawa; all-Canadian final. The worst possible scenario would be New Jersey vs. Dallas in a boring-ass-they've-already-won-before final.
My predictions....Ottawa over Philly. NJ over Tampa (barely). Dallas over Anaheim (barely). Vancouver over Minnesota.
Over 1100 posts and still never a Wiener of the Day!
Really, if they told you that SARS was being pumped through the ventilation system into every theatre in which this was being shown, would you be any less likely to go see it?-- review of 'Daddy Day Care' at fametracker.com
As much as I HATE the Dallas Stars (guess why), I'd rather see them lose to MINNESOTA in the conference finals than Anaheim. (You know, relocated franchise losing in their old home.)
Of course, I think it'll be (or what I thought before Anaheim won game one, though I still think the outcome will stand if not the number of games.)
OTT def. PHI in 6 NJ def. TB in 5 DAL def. ANA in 5 VAN def. MIN in 6 (OTT wins cup over DAL)
