Was that not like one of the greatest Rock comebacks EVER? Rock was so caustic, coarse and blunt - you could tell HHH was taken aback a little. He had that little smirk on his face because he realized Rock bitched him out on national TV. And the best Hunter could come back with was "Hey hey ho ho hey hey ho hey."
Am I alone thinking that just completely ruled? I don't care if Rock is Hollywood - he's still THE MAN. :)
yeah, dude... that was cool! He shut Triple H the hell up- and I loved it! But I gotta admit- Triple H came off waaaaay better last night than he did in a long time.
Rocky saved that segment. I was getting ready to turn on Baseball Tonight when Rocky's music hit. Thank God I stuck around, or I would have missed that immortal line. Now, the fans need to say, "Shut up, bitch," during HHH's promos because, to paraphrase Chris Jericho, I wish HHH would SHUT THE HELL UP!!!

Ho ho ho hey hey ho hey hey...we CAN'T DO THAT! Lawler (who is so subtle) suggested we say "HOWARD THE COWARD" instead. That's much better!

Hey RawLo, you're either being sarcastic or they edited out the mega heat for the Australian edition. Let's go over what I saw
Trips comes out to a very muted pop. 8:30 pm or thereabouts. 8:48 pm and Trips, after a *quarter hour* on the mike, plus a further quarter hour at the end of the last show - approximately half an hour of talking as a heel - still gets a muted, mixed reaction.
They had to bring out *the biggest face in the company* and it still took Trips 2 minutes to *finally* get some heat going!
Yeah, the shut up bitch line was cool because it deffinately saved the segment.
Seriously, if they wanted to turn Bischoff face, all they'd have to have him do is come out and say "Your 3 minutes was up TWENTY SEVEN MINUTES AGO and I'm STILL not entertained!"
Question guys, is "bitch" now an accepted term on the show? I know son-of-a-bitch has always been but just the word by itself is alot more powerful. But that was an excellent segment, especially with the history involved there.
"NOW YOU GET YOUR WHININ ASS OUTTA HERE!!" Sid Vicious after slapping Bret Hart
sorry, as nice as it was to see Rocky shut up HHH, there is no way that was a good segment. Any time I see all talking and no wrestling, I am not that entertained. It could have been worse, but it could have been better. (They could have actually wrestled *shocked gasp*)
I gotta admit I laughed when Rocky called HHH a bitch, it was pretty funny. But what was that shit about "go get me a baloney sandwich casue this is none of your con...cern." C'mon Rock, if you're going to talk shit do it right.
naaah, AJ- no sarcasm. I know the crowd reaction was "blehh" for Triple H, but I just thought he was better this week than in the past few months! Hey man, I used to really like Hunter the heel- but his face run as of late has turned me off. Plus, if the rumors of him keeping jericho down are true- I hate him even more! But I give credit where credit is due (love ya', Jesse!)... I thought he was better on Monday than the Monday before that... and the Monday before that... and the Smackdown 4 weeks before that. (You get the picture.)

Yeah, damn Rock for messing up one line! What a screw up. Considering their dialogue I'm surprised most wrestlers don't screw up more often.
As for me, I'm shocked there was any talking at all, I mean it was RAW! (gasp! shocked!) Honestly, that segment was the best that they could use a talking segment. That and it set up two main events. Period. It was old school, done right, good WWE tv.

... oh yeah, what a laugh-riot, one grown man calling another a "bitch" ... nearly split my sides laughing at that one ... only I'm not twelve freakin' years old anymore, am I?

I don't remember Rock ever screwing a line up. Especially one as easy as the one he flubbed. But I was more stupified as to what he said than how he said it. What kind of line is "go get me a baloney sandwich."
Anyway, thanks Deion for being there to criticize me for criticizing someone else. Keep up the good work.

I would have prefered Tracy Morgan's classic line from SNL delivered to Lorne Michaels

And apparently, not the WWE's target audience either.
I cracked up. The audience cracked up. Lots of people here cracked up.
Wouldn't be surprised if it ended up on a t-shirt.

This certainly makes the decision to have Kim beat Kong and the rest of the Dollhouse a couple of weeks ago much more sensible. (Here's to hoping that the Dollhouse's next leader is another great bringer of HAVOK.)
