Cards, Dodgers, Mets seem to have a lock in the National with the Pirates and Cubs in the WC
can anyone else sneak in there? Giants have an outside chance.
Royals have their division but the yanks and Jays and Stros and Rangers are battling it out for the other two But that still seems like the 5 teams with a possible Twin win.
who else? Looks like new teams in the playoffs this year. Cubs, Astros anway
We'll be back right after order has been restored here in the Omni Center.

The Mets are a blast to watch this year after starting out this way then becoming a complete horror show for months. Hopefully they didn't get too hot too early.
It has been a rough year to be a Braves fan. At least we don't have to worry about the annual disappointment of the team falling apart when they make it to the postseason this year.
Yeah as a Met fan, while I feel comfortable with the lead, I'm not ready to put our playoff chances in concrete just yet. I still feel that the series sweep against Washington was less about the Mets winning and more about the Nats blowing it (in particular their manager having several brain farts throughout).

That's for us Mets fans to try to avoid this season.
Life is hilariously cruel.
It ain't the six minutes... it's what happens in that six minutes.
As a Jays fan, I am absolutely loving this season and want a playoff berth in any form. That said, I would be terrified of the wild card game. I don't want this entire year to come down to a single anything-can-happen game against Cole Hamels, Scott Kazmir, Dallas Kuechel, or anyone on the Twins (I still have bad memories of 1991).
Unfortunately for the Jays, Mark Buehrle is having shoulder problems at the exactly wrong time and Drew Hutchison has become unplayable. If Marcus Stroman can't pick up where he left off last year, they could be in trouble.
George Michael weighed his options. Maeby had chastised him for not taking risks, and what would be a bigger risk than perpetuating a lie about software just to ignite the passions of a woman? Of course it would be a lie, and since Maeby wouldn't know it was a lie, he wouldn't appear to be taking a risk. Perhaps the bigger risk was to tell his father he was lying, that he came up with it because he wanted his father to leave so he could enjoy what remained of his senior year. After all, he wondered, wouldn't that be the course of action taken by an overtly sexual man, a man who owns a pair of matador pants? He had not responded now for 41 seconds according to his unfailing internal clock, and it was time to come clean.

Comparing the '15 Mets to the '07 Mets is ridiculous. The '07 Mets had a terrible rotation, a worse bullpen, no depth and a top heavy offense. This years team has a superb rotation, elite offense and lots of depth also there's only one guy leftover from the '07 Mets.
Situation: Cardinals have men on 1st and 2nd, none out. Mike Matheny hits one to left field, and Frankie Catalanotto (Jays LF) clearly short-hops it. The second base umpire, closest to the play, calls it an out.
