The pre-credits sequence was awesome. I think the funniest one since Kevin spilled chili all over the floor of Dunder Mifflin. The jokes were spot on, as was Dwight's reaction to Jim framing him. IT WAS DWIGHT.
Rainn Wilson was GREAT. It's weird to say so because it's always going to be a crime that Steve Carell never won an Emmy for playing Michael Scott, but Rainn Wilson deserves one too. I think this might well be his best performance as Dwight. He at least should get nominated. I don't think appendicitis has ever been so funny. I also loved his explanation of how he feels about Pam: "She's wonderful, but I hate her."
Just about everything in the Tallahassee plot worked for me. I didn't even mind Todd Packer. Catherine Tate was okay, but Florida Stanley is sensational. As was Jim's hero worship of Florida Stanley: "I used to think, 'Please don't let me end up like Stanley.' But now... I don't think I have what it takes!"
Cared a whole lot less of the meaningless B plot of Andy pretending he enjoys working reception. It's best not to give it any thought.
Dwight's Tallahassee brand extension so far has been the shot in the arm The Office needed.

So...he wasn't PRETENDING to pretend he enjoyed it? Maybe I wasn't watching closely enough. Or maybe I gave it too much thought.

I honestly can't tell if the writers or Ed Helms gave it too much thought.
The Office is finally on the upswing. I'm very pleased. Dwight and the Tallahassee group should return to Scranton to find Dunder Mifflin burned to the ground and everyone dead. Pam would be a loss, but Jim will get over it, with the help of Kathy.

P. sure Andy was actually enjoying his run as receptionist. Making snacks, making that pen-mountain thing, his glee at being able to both fax & shred at the same time.
I loved it, and it's hardly surprising since they have taken all of my favourite characters (if they swapped Cathy for Kevin) and sent them off on their own to soar. Andy really hadn't been doing anything for me as of late, nor had Robert California.
Even Catherine Tate was pretty funny, and I normally can't stand her!
Sorry guys, I'm not feeling you on this one, at least as far as Dwight goes. I thought the episode started off really great, I liked Stanley showing up Jim, the B plot was okay, but the more we got of Dwight going over the top the less I liked it. However, it was probably better than 30 Rock and Parks and Rec which I thought had down nights.

Darryl > Kevin, but I might be in the minority on that one.
