This has been one of my favorite shows for the entire nine year run. They ended it with a really nice series finale. Lots of loose ends tied up, lots of call backs and a lot of emotions.

Firmly entrenched in my top 5 all time favorite sitcoms, I look forward to years of watching it in re-runs.

Well done The Middle. It was a great ride.

My wife and I always like this show. We didn't watch much this season when they moved it to Tuesdays. Slowly catching up on the ABC app........

Must see TV in our home. Every character was well written and the humor was stuff you could watch with your kids.

It'll be interesting to see if anybody from the show does any other noteworthy projects.

I heard they may do a spinoff on ABC about Sue Heck about 5 years down the road from the end of The Middle.

Sure, why not? The CW is developing another attempt at Wonder Woman, this time Smallville-style under the working title Amazon, Vulture reports. (vulture.com) Allan Heinberg, who wrote a run of Wonder Woman comics in 2006, is writing the script.
