Yeah i love the kings and webber but if they cant pull this together the mavericks are going to roll right over them. They are playing great ball and just made Minnesota look bad.

There is only one team that can stop the Mavericks right now and that is themselves. They seemed to have found a defense that they did not have all year and the offense is just about the most potent in the NBA.

They gave up 94, 110 and 102 in the three games, not exactly spectacular D when looking at other teams D.
However, it does not look like anyone can hold them down either. If they hold teams to <100 or so, they are going to be tough to beat.

I think the idea that they would throw out the conferences when seeding the playoff teams is stupid as long as they play an unbalanced schedule with the East playing the West teams only twice per year.
