Oh lord, the "Live" gimmick just KILLED this episode. The "studio audience" got really annoying, really fast. The episode was already crappy to begin with (No, I did NOT to see Man/Bear love!), but watching every character try to play to the "live" audience was irritating.
And yes, Cleveland trying to do a live manatee gag is about as stupid as it sounds.
Let's call this concept episode a failure and just move on.
"Playing guitars. It's hard to sing while playing...guitars."
It's always comforting to enjoy a fresh half hour with the Belchers, even if this season opened outside my comfort zone with an episode taking place entirely outside the restaurant (or the kids' school).
