Andy Diggle and Tony Daniel will take over Action Comics after Grant Morrison departs, but Morrison promises Action #15-17 will deal with what parts of the old Superman continuity happened in The New 52. When specifically asked if Superman was killed by Doomsday, Morrison said "Yes."
Superman is getting new threads (presumably the black costume we saw him wearing on the last page of Action Comics #0.) There'll also be a musical chairs of Super suits so to speak with Superboy soon getting to wear the Kryptonian armor and Superman temporarily going back to his jeans, T-shirt, boots and cape look from the "5 years ago."
There's a Super Family crossover called "H'el on Earth" soon involving Superman, Supergirl and Superboy, the new dynamics of their relationship, and a new Kryptonian villain H'el.
And the biggest news:
A new, unnamed Superman title written by Scott Snyder and Jim Lee will launch in 2013. I'm crazy excited about this, more for Snyder writing Superman than Lee drawing him again. Details on this here. (newsarama.com)
@CMPunk
“@ZackRyder: @CMPunk She played me bro” I got your back.
It's a good week for comics. So good that I might have to make a second run. Let's start with... FINAL CRISIS #5: It's still a bit confusing (to say the least), but action is a universal language and this issue's got more action than the past ones.
