Was watching Premiere league this weekend and the strong language from UEFA and premiere league makes me wonder how real this proposed Super League seems to everyone else.

If they make a boatload of money off of it, why wouldn't the super league teams just fold the rest of the competitions they are being banned from in favor of their own new reformed competitions?

Is this a whole lot of nothing or is this going to happen, what do you feel in your part of the world? I've only read about this online and have no real dog in the hunt, but I'm curious if you are a EU football fan and want this or if you want the status quo to continue.

Well, considering the entire English contingent is bailing on the Super League (espn.com) already it's real and the blowback is spectacular. I feel like the impetus was (a) money (2) the self-appointed elite Premier League teams not wanting to miss out on those checks just because they weren't good enough in the PL to qualify (three) hubris?

Yeah that seems to have turned quickly. https://www.washingtonpost.com/sports/2021/04/21/super-league-fans-protest/

I think I'm ok with the status quo. I like super league ideas in theory for College Football and thigs like that, but I think that's more my disfavor of the NCAA than a favor for new mega leagues.

First guess, not second guess: Colts should have kicked the field goal to make it 1 point with 2 minutes to go and 3 time-outs. If you can't stop a team without it's QB and RB in that situation, you don't deserve to win anyway.
