Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns vs. Braun Strowman vs. Samoa Joe, Fatal Four-Way Match for the Universal Championship: I could easily make an argument for any of these four to win. I thought Heyman's first promo about this match laid the groundwork to excuse a Lesnar loss. But they've laid it on so thick, I'm thinking reverse psychology at play. Now I'm outhinking myself. Uhhh...Samoa Joe wins.
Jinder Mahal vs. Shinsuke Nakamura, WWE Championship Match: Mahal wins and retains. I'd like to see Nakamura heated up a little more before he wins the title.
A.J. Styles vs. Kevin Owens, United States Championship Match, with Shane McMahon serving as guest referee: Styles wins and retains, which adds more fuel to the fire for a Shane vs. Owens match.
John Cena vs. Baron Corbin: Cena hasn't been selfish when it comes to putting guys over, but I don't know if Corbin should be the guy here. Cena wins.
Finn Balor vs. Bray Wyatt: Sounds like Balor is going full demon, so he wins.
Alexa Bliss vs. Sasha Banks, Raw Women's Championship Match: Bliss wins and retains, though Banks taking her friend Bayley's spot and winning the title could be an interesting story.
Naomi vs. Natalya, Smackdown Women's Championship Match: Nattie feels like a filler opponent, so Naomi wins and retains.
Cesaro & Sheamus vs. Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose, Raw Tag Team Championship Match: Oh I gotta go with Seth and Dean here.
New Day vs. The Usos, Smackdown Tag Team Championship Match: I could see the titles bouncing back to the Usos, if only to continue this feud with no other teams lining up for a title shot. Usos win.
Randy Orton vs. Rusev: Orton, as a reward for putting Mahal over so many times.
Akira Tozawa vs. Neville, Cruiserweight Championship Match: Neville wins the title back.
Big Show vs. Big Cass, Enzo Amore suspended above the ring in a shark cage: Cass wins.

Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns vs. Braun Strowman vs. Samoa Joe, Fatal Four-Way Match for the Universal Championship: Brock, c'mon now.
Jinder Mahal vs. Shinsuke Nakamura. Mahal. I really, really want Mahal to step up his PPV outfit level-up at SummerSlam. Thinking matching turban/Singh brothers shirts.
A.J. Styles vs. Kevin Owens, United States Championship Match, with Shane McMahon serving as guest referee: Styles.
John Cena vs. Baron Corbin: Cena
Finn Balor vs. Bray Wyatt: Demon Finn. Speaking of PPV outfit level-ups, have I mentioned how much I hate his Demon entrance? Instead of cool, cocky, confident, leather jacketed Finn he decides to be this weird little slinky ankle-biting troll thing with fake dreadlocks. Come to think of it, it's a level-down, not a level-up. I know he can't go back to doing comic characters without the E ponying up a ton of cash, but switching up the body paint for PPVs into something more varied & intimidating instead of doing his "Demon Jester"character would be way better.
Question: I've seen the WrestleKingdom 8 entrance, but other than that are their Prince Devitt NJPW bodypaint entrances?
Alexa Bliss vs. Sasha Banks. Bliss is having a nice little run, I'll go with her.
Naomi vs. Natalya. I'm feeling the glow personally, so Naomi.
Cesaro & Sheamus vs. Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose. Dean & Seth are being set up for a feud, not a reunification ya marks. Cesaro & Seamus, setting up the Dean & Seth feud.
New Day vs. The Usos, Smackdown Tag Team Championship Match: At big PPVs the rules remains when in doubt, go with the face. New Day.
Randy Orton vs. Rusev: Handsome Rusev
Akira Tozawa vs. Neville, Cruiserweight Championship Match. the feud has been DOPE & I could watch Tozawa's tope suicida forever. It's the only real option in the cruiserweight division & they have to keep it going. I think the way they do that is Tozawa by DQ.
Big Show vs. Big Cass, Enzo Amore suspended above the ring in a shark cage: Show. Enzo somehow costs Cass the victory cause what the hell else are they gonna with these two at the moment?

This is the only intriguing match to me on this whole show. What does Vince hate? Building matches he can't reliever. Think last year's 2k game. Lesnar turned heel for no reason just so they can cash in the Brock vs Goldberg build up. This year's 2k is heel anarchist Rollins burning down the WWe's history only for vengeful old gunslinger Angle to save the day. I'm seeing Rollins vs Angle at Survivor Series this year. Unless they do Team Angle vs heel team lead by Rollins and Ambrose.
Brock. Too much smoke being talked. No fire.
Spoilers, for like 90 mins ago, Corbin isn't cashing in anymore. Nakamura.
Cena. Poor, poor Corbin.
Naomi. No cash in after.
Banks. So she or Bailey can turn heel.
Styles.
The Bar.
Rusev. Orton got his one win over Mahal. Back to losing.
Tozawa.
Big Cass.
Now Finn vs Bray. God have they fall in. First this isn't even being brought up as First universal champ vs recent WWe Champ. Second they must of forgot about Demon Finn and threw something together last min. They could of just went with Bray wants to see the Demon up close. Beat him up to unleash it. Then Bray will try to control it. I guess Finn here.
Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns vs. Braun Strowman vs. Samoa Joe, Fatal Four-Way Match for the Universal Championship: Brock. I feel this one is really telegraphed.
Jinder Mahal vs. Shinsuke Nakamura, WWE Championship Match: Nakamura.
A.J. Styles vs. Kevin Owens, United States Championship Match, with Shane McMahon serving as guest referee: Styles.
John Cena vs. Baron Corbin: Cena wins his first SummerSlam match since 2010.
Finn Balor vs. Bray Wyatt: Balor.
Alexa Bliss vs. Sasha Banks, Raw Women's Championship Match: Sasha.
Naomi vs. Natalya, Smackdown Women's Championship Match: Natalya.
Cesaro & Sheamus vs. Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose, Raw Tag Team Championship Match: Rollins and Ambrose.
New Day vs. The Usos, Smackdown Tag Team Championship Match: New Day.
Randy Orton vs. Rusev: Rusev.
Akira Tozawa vs. Neville, Cruiserweight Championship Match: Neville.
Big Show vs. Big Cass, Enzo Amore suspended above the ring in a shark cage: Cass.
Joe Nakamura AJ (I think this is foreshadowed that Owens wasn't using the Face of America intro on SD) Cena Balor Bliss Naomi Cesaro & Sheamus Usos Rusev Tozawa Cass
Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns vs. Braun Strowman vs. Samoa Joe, Fatal Four-Way Match for the Universal Championship: You know what? I'm going with Braun.
Jinder Mahal vs. Shinsuke Nakamura, WWE Championship Match: Jinder by nefarious means, then this continues at the next three PPVs or so.
A.J. Styles vs. Kevin Owens, United States Championship Match, with Shane McMahon serving as guest referee: Styles wins and we head towards KO vs Shane and AJ vs uhhhh.
John Cena vs. Baron Corbin: Cena. They made Corbin look like a joke Tuesday and he definitely isn't beating a fresh Cena when he couldn't kick out of a beaten Mahal rollup.
Finn Balor vs. Bray Wyatt: Finn goes full demon and wins, Bray loses as usual. Bonus prediction: we get Bray projections on the ring mat, which Finn counters with his own.
Alexa Bliss vs. Sasha Banks, Raw Women's Championship Match: Sasha.
Naomi vs. Natalya, Smackdown Women's Championship Match: Naomi wins, Carmella cashes in and wins.
Cesaro & Sheamus vs. Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose, Raw Tag Team Championship Match: Cesaro & Sheamus after some miscommunication between Dean & Seth.
New Day vs. The Usos, Smackdown Tag Team Championship Match: Usos, then this continues for another 3 PPVs since the only other SD tag teams are stuck in the Fashion Files (which I'm not complaining about).
Randy Orton vs. Rusev: Rusev smash.
Akira Tozawa vs. Neville, Cruiserweight Championship Match: Akira, Neville wins it back on Raw.
Big Show vs. Big Cass, Enzo Amore suspended above the ring in a shark cage: Cass wins when Enzo drops a weapon down to Show and Cass catches it instead. Enzo and the cage then teleport back to his home planet.
Jordan/Hardyz vs Miztourage - Jordan to set up a singles title match at whatever the next Raw PPV is.
Brock Lesnar vs. Roman Reigns vs. Braun Strowman vs. Samoa Joe, Fatal Four-Way Match for the Universal Championship: Brock Lesnar
Jinder Mahal vs. Shinsuke Nakamura, WWE Championship Match: Nakamura, but not the title.
A.J. Styles vs. Kevin Owens, United States Championship Match, with Shane McMahon serving as guest referee: Styles
John Cena vs. Baron Corbin: John Cena
Finn Balor vs. Bray Wyatt: Finn Balor
Alexa Bliss vs. Sasha Banks, Raw Women's Championship Match: Alexa Bliss
Naomi vs. Natalya, Smackdown Women's Championship Match: Naomi
Cesaro & Sheamus vs. Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose, Raw Tag Team Championship Match: Cesaro & Sheamus
New Day vs. The Usos, Smackdown Tag Team Championship Match: New Day
Randy Orton vs. Rusev: Randy Orton
Akira Tozawa vs. Neville, Cruiserweight Championship Match: Neville
Big Show vs. Big Cass, Enzo Amore suspended above the ring in a shark cage: Big Cass. I saw the question posed elsewhere: is Enzo the first face to be part of one of these "suspended above the ring" stipulations?
I don't have a prediction - but did you see HHH slam "Jimmy Fallon" on The Tonight show? (Obviously, they used a stunt jimmy) Trips was mildly amusing.
We'll be back right after order has been restored here in the Omni Center.
That the universe was formed by a fortuitous concourse of atoms, I will no more believe than that the accidental jumbling of the alphabet would fall into a most ingenious treatise of philosophy - Swift
BRAUUUUN Strowman Nakamura Corbin Styles Balor Alexa Bliss Naomi Sheamus & Cesaro Randy Orton New Day Tozawa Big Cass Hardyz & Jordan (vs. Miztourage, just added late because this show needs MORE matches)
And for NXT Takeover Roode Ember Moon (!) AOP Aleister Black A "C" Almas
This is pretty tough, especially with the size of the card. Let's go with:
Joe - I just want him to win, is all Nakamura Cena - I can't imagine Corbin winning after that embarrassment last Tuesday Styles - Too much title flopping here. Let's get some stability Balor Banks - I figure a title change was planned here anyways Naomi Rollins and Ambrose - Too much build to lose Rusev - A win here really moves him up the card into title contention New Day Tozawa - No sense changing it back in less than a week Cass
1) Lesnar/Joe/Reigns/Strowman (Fatal 4-way for the Universal Title) - Joe makes Reigns pass out with the Kokina Clutch to win title.
2) Mahal/Nakamura (WWE Championship Match) - Nakamura by DQ (Singh-ference).
3) Cena/Corbin - Cena with the AA.
4) Styles/Owens (US Title Match - Shane as Special Referee) - Styles with the Phenominal Forearm. Shane will be a cause for Owens to lose.
5) "Demon King" Balor/Wyatt - Balor will break out the 1916 (lifting underhook DDT, was used on occasion in NXT) to the main card.
6) Bliss/Banks (Raw Women's Title Match) - Bliss with Nia's help retains.
7) Naomi/Natalya (Smackdown Women's Title Match) - Naomi with a roll-up win, Carmella cashes in and wins title.
8) Rollins/Ambrose vs Cesaro/Sheamus (Raw Tag Team Title Match) - Ambrose with Dirty Deeds to win title.
9) Rusev/Orton - Rusev with the Accolade.
10) Cass/Show (Battle of the "Bigs" - Enzo above ring in shark cage) - Big Cass with big boot, then the Empire Elbow to win. Enzo with no factor in match, Cass boots Enzo after match to next week.
Kickoff matches:
A) New Day/Usos (Smackdown Tag Team Title Match) - New Day retains with the Midnight Hour)
B) Tozawa/Neville (Cruiserweight Title Match) - Tozawa retains with the Senton.
C) Hardys/Jordan vs. Miztourage - Miz wins with the Skull Crushing Finale on Jordan.
Wait, wait, wait...Christian, Molly, AND JERICHO WAS THERE?! Hell, that alone is enough for me. And the show sounded fun. Arg...now I really wish I would have gone to the house show instead of Smackdown (which I'm going to Tuesday). Oh well...
