John Cena vs. Randy Orton, WWE Championship: Eh, I'll go Orton, continuing Cena's chase of the title. Triple H may be occupied with HBK if a turn happens there, so while his feud with Legacy I don't think will last past the PPV, he still may be occupied with a non-WWE Title feud.
C.M. Punk vs. Jeff Hardy, World Championship Match: Punk wins, Hardy rides off into the sunset for the near future (I'm going to keep predicting this until it happens!).
Shawn Michaels & Triple H vs. Ted DiBiase & Cody Rhodes: DX.
Cryme Tyme vs. Chris Jericho & Big Show, Undisputed Tag Title Match: The champs retain, but I hope they're not in this for the long-term.
William Regal vs. Christian, ECW Championship Match: Christian retains, perhaps by DQ if Kozlov or Jackson get involved.
Jack Swagger vs. MVP: This is a tough one....I'll go with Swagger winning here.
Kane vs. Great Khali: Khali, hopefully ending this feud rather quickly.
Dolph Ziggler vs. Rey Mysterio, Intercontinental Championship Match: Mysterio retains again.
John Cena vs. Randy Orton, WWE Championship: Cena.
C.M. Punk vs. Jeff Hardy, World Championship Match: Punk
Shawn Michaels & Triple H vs. Ted DiBiase & Cody Rhodes: DX.
Cryme Tyme vs. Chris Jericho & Big Show, Undisputed Tag Title Match: JeriShow
William Regal vs. Christian, ECW Championship Match: Christian
Jack Swagger vs. MVP: MVP
Kane vs. Great Khali: Kane
Dolph Ziggler vs. Rey Mysterio, Intercontinental Championship Match: Rey
On a personal note, that card is horrible, not fit for the second biggest show of the year. I'm definitely not watching Summerfest this year, which is a first for me. The only match I think is worth seeing is the TLC but that one match isn't enough to get me to pay to sit through:
DX doing their world's oldest teenager schtick yet again Kane vs. Khali Cryme Tyme wrestling Big Show (Jericho can't carry all of them) MVP vs. Swagger, which I stopped caring about weeks ago And worst of all, Orton vs. Cena #487545839
Thanks but no thanks, Vince. Maybe next Summerfest.

Just to nitpick a little, but this is only the 4th one-on-one match between Cena and Orton. Sure, they may have "tangled" in tags or triple threats, but they've not had that many singles matches in the last 3-4 years

According to Michael Cole on Raw, their first one-on-one matchup in a year and a half.
John Cena vs. Randy Orton (WWE Championship): A lot of people are predicting Orton and I do like him more than Cena but going on history, I will say Cena.
CM Punk vs. Jeff Hardy (World Heavyweight Championship): Punk becomes a 3-time champion while Hardy goes on a temporary leave of absence.
DX vs Legacy: DX but hopefully it will be a good match and still give Legacy some credibility which the WWE hasn't been doing on a consistent basis.
Cryme Tyme vs Big Show/ Jericho (Unified Tag Team Championship): This is actually a difficult one; I will go with the current tag champs to retain although I could see Cryme Tyme finally getting tag gold.
William Regal vs. Christian (ECW Championship): I will go with Captain Charisma to retain but not ending the feud.
Jack Swagger vs. MVP: This may be the toughest match to predict based on the flip-flopping momentum both guys have had in this semi-recent feud. I will go with Swagger for now because I do not see this feud ending just yet and waiting for MVP to come out on top later on in the feud.
Kane vs. The Great Khali: This should be an entertaining match (NOT!) I will agree with Geemoney with Khali winning and hopefully ending this feud.
Dolph Ziggler vs. Rey Mysterio (IC Championship): Hmmmmmm....If the WWE wants to continue to push Ziggler, then winning the IC belt may be a good way to do it. But I can see Rey retaining which is going to be my prediction with Rey-Rey retaining the IC gold.
Punk v. Hardy: Theoretically this should be the end of the feud, because how can you top a TLC match? Based on that, I say Hardy.
DX v. Legacy: DX. Get out your buryin' shovels!
Cryme Tyme v. Jerishow: Cryme Tyme has been growing on me lately, dumb gimmick aside -- JTG has been looking pretty good, and Shad is a decent big man. Still, I think Jericho/Show win here.
Regal v. Christian: Don't watch ECW, but I'll say Christian anyway.
Swagger v. MVP: Swagger via shenanigans to continue the feud.
Kane v. Khali: Khali.
Ziggler v. Mysterio: Ziggler -- he's got the momentum behind him.
"The object of persecution is persecution. The object of torture is torture. The object of power is power. Now do you begin to understand me?"
Orton. This is a tough call, as you have to figure that they want to end up with the belt on Cena, and it makes more sense to do it at SummerFest than at a routine PPV, but it also makes more sense to have Orton win one through nefarious means first as they don't seem to have another challenger for Cena really in place. Wait, is the next PPV the submissions one? Yes, it is. Have Orton win here, then Cena wins the title with the STF next time, and Orton can whine endlessly about how the submissions rule is unfair to him. Yeah. Orton.
Punk. I figure Hardy really is going to take his break. Hopefully this time Punk actually gets some wins as champion.
DX. Rush4Life makes a good point about a turn, but I don't think there's a rush. Let people enjoy the DX reunion for a month or two, then do the turn to lead to a showdown at Survivor Series.
Jericho/Show. They're needed on both shows at present.
Christian.
Swagger.
Kane. I think they're going to get one more month out of Kane vs. Unable. Personally, I'd have Khali win and then have be Punk's first defense feud, with Punk winning somewhat decisively. But I don't think WWE wants to make Punk look that strong.
Ziggler. If I'm right about WWE's plans for Punk, they Rey should be either first or second on his challenger list. So get the belt off him, let him build up a bit while Punk finishes off Morrison or something, and you've got Rey vs. Punk for a while.

There is exactly one match on that card that I'm really interested in seeing, & I'm betting the ECW championship *won't* be the main event.
Four matches where half the participants are guys that I don't consider "ready for prime time". 2 more that I don't think are particularly interesting pairings. One that'll be fine, but I feel like I'e seen enough already. Don't think so ...
Predictions for all the matches I care about:
- Christian retains over Regal, but not even close to clean.
Kane over Khali via Singh-terference. Runjin was angry that his...ahem...brother didn't save him earlier and thus will cost Khali the match.
Christian over Regal.
JeriShow over Cryme Tyme.
CM Punk over Jeff Hardy. Matt turns on Jeff yet again, this time attacking him badly for the broken hand he got in their last match. Jeff takes a leave of absence afterwards.
MVP over Swagger (more of a wish than a prediction).
DX over Legacy.
Ziggler over Mysterio. Like Peter The Hegemon said, I also think that Mysterio might be the next contender for the World title. Plus, you can further the Ziggler/Maria story, this time adding Ziggler's title belt win (via cheating) as a springboard.
Cena over Orton. DX will feud with Orton and Legacy moving forward, so Cena needs to win the belt here.
"Put on your helmets, we'll be reaching speeds of 3!" "It was nice of you to give that dead woman another chance." "All right, look alive everybody...oh sorry Susan."- MST3K: Space Mutiny Click Here (myspace.com)
John Cena vs. Randy Orton: Can Orton beat Super Cena? I'll go against my better judgement and say NO - Cena wins it.
C.M. Punk vs. Jeff Hardy: I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that Hardy wins.
Shawn Michaels & Triple H vs. Ted DiBiase & Cody Rhodes: I wanna say DX, but I feel lucky today - I'll go with the Pricess Legacy. I'll never understand how the son of the Million Dollar Man and the son of the Common Man came to be a team.
Cryme Tyme vs. Chris Jericho & Big Show: I'll go with the Big Show/Y2J teamup. It could work out...ya never know!
William Regal vs. Christian: William Regal wins it.
Jack Swagger vs. MVP: MVP wins it, and we all don't care.
Kane vs. Great Khali: Khali - while I'm kinda diggint it, where really hasn't been much to it.
Dolph Ziggler vs. Rey Mysterio: Soon it will be Diggler's time to shine, but not tonight: Mysterio retains.
"I have a feeling that waiting isn't as pointless as it seems. If someone is waiting, that place becomes a place to return to."
I don't know if two heels going over in major title matches makes a lot of sense. And Jeff Hardy is advertised for a lot of shows coming through Ontario in September, so I am not so sure he's losing. I think considering how much heat Punk's gotten on him the past few weeks---bearing in mind, of course, I've yet to see this week's edition of SD---I don't think they need to add to that him being handled in his specialty match by a guy who's spent the last several months mocking him for being an addict.
I'd like to see Rey retain as well, as Dolph is only benefitting from continued work with him.
Nothing else really interests me. Damn shame that Kofi and Morrison are off this show, considering how hard they work.
John Cena vs. Randy Orton, WWE Championship: Orton wins through cheating.
C.M. Punk vs. Jeff Hardy, World Championship Match: Punk wins and sends Hardy away for awhile.
DX vs. Legacy: Legacy wins by the skin of their teeth.
Cryme Tyme vs. Chris Jericho & Big Show, Undisputed Tag Title Match: Jericho & Show win, they have to keep Jericho available for all shows. He's GOLD!
William Regal vs. Christian, ECW Championship Match: Did Christian win the title last month? If so he wins, if he's had it for longer then a month I think Regal will take it with help from his friends.
Jack Swagger vs. MVP: I have a lot of heels winning so for this one I will pick MVP.
Kane vs. Great Khali: The true winners will be the fans, but seriously I think Khali will win.
Dolph Ziggler vs. Rey Mysterio, Intercontinental Championship Match: I want Ziggler to win, but I don't think this is just the right time. I see this turning into the Benoit/MVP situation from a couple of years ago. Ziggler gets closer but still can't finish Rey off.
John Cena vs. Randy Orton, WWE Championship: Cena wins not the main event
C.M. Punk vs. Jeff Hardy, World Championship Match: Punk wins and this is the main event. Matt turns on Jeff.
DX vs. Legacy: Legacy by Shawn superkicking HHH's teeth down his throat.
Cryme Tyme vs. Chris Jericho & Big Show, Undisputed Tag Title Match: Jericho & Show win. No need to give it to Cryme Tyme yet even with Jericho burying the company.
William Regal vs. Christian, ECW Championship Match: Christian wins. Regal being in this match is a joke.
Jack Swagger vs. MVP: MVP. This is on the card, but not the IC belt?
Kane vs. Great Khali: Who cares? I'll go with Khali.
Dolph Ziggler vs. Rey Mysterio, Intercontinental Championship Match: Rey, can't have all the heels go over. Ziggler will get it at Smackdown.
I have to also agree this is the weakest SummerSlam in years.
My understanding is that Wolfe didn't get HIRED by the WWE because he failed his physical because fo the concussions. Just checked Wiki and they got nuthin' on him being in WWE. Liked the article, tho, cm21.
