When he sees this, my son Dolph DrewJericho Tracker will almost be the same age I was when I saw the first film in theatres. It's going to mean a lot for both of us.
Think of the franchises we get in theatres this year: Furious, Jurassic park, Terminator, Mad Max, Avengers, James Bond, Mission Impossible, and it all ends with Star Wars. GOOD LORD.

When the first trailer was released, I was 'pleasantly surprised'. But this gave me goosebumps...
Did any of us ever think we'd ever see Han Solo - the real Han Solo - again? I certainly didn't.
My kid will be too young to see this film with me, but I'm buying him all the toys anyway. I just hope I don't break them all before he gets old enough to play with them.
I originally started this post by writing in all caps what I loved about the trailer. Then I realized it was an all caps list of everything that happened. So I'll spare you all that BUT YEAH SO HYPED GOOSEBUMPS CHEWIE WE'RE HOME.
Trailer hits all the right notes. TIE's and X-Wings? YES PLEASE SIR. Also, crashed Star Destroyer bodes to mean something interesting.
Don't screw this up. Don't screw this up. Don't screw this up. Don't screw this up. Don't screw this up. Don't screw this up. Don't screw this up. Don't screw this up. Don't screw this up. Don't screw this up. Don't screw this up.

Yes, and more yes.

A really good show, especially notable (at least for me) for the Seth MacFarlane interview. His live performance was fantastic and I'm going so far as to call it one of the highlights of the entire 4-month run so far.
