Edit: .... after typing all that I just realized why there is no prediction thread yet and why I can't remember the matches. The Royal Rumble is two weeks out not one. I'm in some weird time vacuum lately. Go ahead and bag this thread. My bad.
In a week and a half, I'll pick third. I'll still probably be wrong with 2/3 of my picks, but I'll be third, dammit!
Does this make me #3 in The W's Royal Rumble? Sunofa....
-edit- Here's my picks:
-New Day -Owens -Becky -Swagger/Henry in the preshow -HHH
Every title changes hands, except New Day, who should rule forever!
Oh, and how is Kofi going to get into the Rumble? They'll pounce on Swagger and Kofi will take his spot, leading to SPOTFEST 2016. Even though he will still be in mourning. My guess is he'll get thrown out, Big E will catch him, put on his unicorn horn, ride around the ring on E's shoulders and then get back in, to all our delight.

Botchamanina running wild on you! "Jeezus!"
09.30.08 1st time W of the day. Oh, the day I joined Twitter.
24.05.09 2nd time W of the day.
06.10.14 3rd time W of the day. It's an honor to be selected three times. Thank you.
Unrelated to the card, but it seems odd that the Rumble is on the 24th, which is going to conflict with the NFL Conference Championships. Usually the Rumble is on the empty Sunday the week before the Super Bowl.

That was actually my main gripe when I started this thread. If I remember correctly the championship games have a later start time. I love the Rumble, but the Chamionship games are usually really good. (unless Brady is deflating balls. Go Pats!)
30-Man Royal Rumble Match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship: Man, I want to say Reigns, but they're stacking the deck so much against him, might he actually not win? Would they prefer him to chase to WM? Nah, Reigns wins.
Alberto Del Rio vs. Kalisto, United States Championship Match: I don't really see why they'd switch it back to Kalisto here (other than I didn't like the switch back to Del Rio), so Del Rio retains.
Dean Ambrose vs. Kevin Owens, Last Man Standing Match for the WWE Intercontinental Championship: This one will be crazy. Owens wins the belt.
The New Day vs. The Usos, WWE Tag Team Championship Match: New Day wins and retains, despite being in mourning.
Charlotte vs. Becky Lynch, WWE Divas Championship Match: Lynch deserves it, and they really can't stretch this feud out much further I don't think. Becky winning would freshen things up so she does just that.

1. Just because they're announced doesn't necessarily mean they'll be in the actual match. There could be a backstage angle or something that takes some of the lower-level guys (i.e. the Ascension, the Outcasts) out to be replaced by surprise entries or some of the bigger-name undercard guys like Owens, the New Day, Ambrose, etc.
2. Wade Barrett apparently can't take any physical contact with this neck issue of his, so it's an open question as to whether he'll be able to compete on Sunday.
3. Holy crap is this ever a weak Royal Rumble field. The last three entries need to be some big-time surprise stars to help make things interesting.
George Michael weighed his options. Maeby had chastised him for not taking risks, and what would be a bigger risk than perpetuating a lie about software just to ignite the passions of a woman? Of course it would be a lie, and since Maeby wouldn't know it was a lie, he wouldn't appear to be taking a risk. Perhaps the bigger risk was to tell his father he was lying, that he came up with it because he wanted his father to leave so he could enjoy what remained of his senior year. After all, he wondered, wouldn't that be the course of action taken by an overtly sexual man, a man who owns a pair of matador pants? He had not responded now for 41 seconds according to his unfailing internal clock, and it was time to come clean.
Ugh, that's a horrible field of 27. This match NEEDS some New Day.
Rumble prediction: HHH.
Del Rio retains and the feud must continue to Fastlane.
Ambrose wins, KO decimates somebody on their way to enter the Rumble. Let's say Curtis Axel so he can run with not being eliminated for two years straight.
New Day wins.
Becky wins so she can lose it back to Charlotte the next night.
Half the fun of the Rumble are the surprise entrants. They're not giving much space for any NXT guys, or Styles/Gallows/Whomever is coming in.
I wonder how it will work with the 1 vs All championship. If Reigns is eliminated by Stardust, does that make him the champ, until he's eliminated? Will they go hardcore title rules with the title, playing hot potato until it's the last man standing? Or will the first person who defeats Reigns end up champ?
I imagine Reigns will be the last man standing.
I'm new here so i'll try a prediction:
Rumble prediction: Reigns Ambrose beats Kevin Owens New Day beats the Usos Charlotte beats Becky Kalisto beats Del Rio
Take Two "I don't give a damns" and please...don't call Me In The Morning
HHH wins the Royal Rumble Del Rio retains New Day retains Charlotte retains Ambrose retains

Bonus prediction, R-Truth comes out as #1, leading to "Truth, no no, this isn't your number. Roman Reigns is the first entry."..."Really? My bad. That's on me!"
