http://411mania.com/wrestling/bobby-roode-and-eric-young-leaving-tna/ With Roode and Young leaving almost every long term guy in TNA history has left with just Abyss and Storm being the last of the Mohicanst. Not sure where they go? NXT? New Japan? Too bad Storm re-signed with TNA because Beer Money vs New Day would be ridiculously fun. Roode really did all that he could do in TNA so I'm not surprised he's leaving, Young is a bit of a surprise.
There's an 'only in TNA' aspect of James Storm deciding to bail on NXT to go team with his buddy Bobby Roode in TNA, only for his Roode to bail on TNA two months later.
I haven't watched an episode of TNA since their first Monday night episode years ago, so I can't say much as a TNA fan.
However, their current roster page on their site is sad. Besides those that are gone, just looking at some of the people makes me not ever want to watch.
Exhibit A: Craazy Steve. What is this? Why is he a thing? He seems like he should be wrestling in backyard shows in front of twenty people. The picture looks that bad.
Exhibit B: Marti Bell. I clicked her because she looks like early days Layla, which is in my wheelhouse, but then I read her profile. "I'm Marti Bell and playing dress up with my friends Taryn & Jade in our dollhouse is my favorite! I love slumber parties and eating ice cream until my belly hurts. I came to IMPACT WRESTLING to play with my DFFs (doll friends forever) and have some fun. I'm really sweet but please don't ruin my fun, I can get a little sour. People think I'm a little crazy but really, I'm just crazy fun! It's playtime!" Is she developmentally challenged? How did they find a way to make somebody who looks incredibly hot suddenly seem ridiculous and lose appeal?
Exhibit C: Jade. "I am Jade and I have two of the bestest friends in the world, Taryn and Marti Bell. I love cupcakes and cuddling puppies. Playing with my besties in IMPACT WRESTLING is all I want to do. I don't like being mad, so don't make me angry and we can be friends... I promise I'm not crazy. It's playtime!" Again... is she five? Why does Taryn get a profile that makes her sound like a normal person that hangs out with two people who talk like my five year old daughter after she watches Monster High? For real, do they have a gimmick on the show that supports this insanity?

Kinda. That is pretty much the point of the Dollhouse: They act like innocent little girls, they wrestle like sociopaths.

To be honest those both sound like dirty Backpage ads.
Cole: "Yeah, thanks to Kane. You should buy Kane a Rolex watch for what he did for you."
Rollins: "Oh don't be silly, Kane doesn't wear watches."

Crazzy Steve was exactly that for most of his TNA run, but he's now been teamed up with broken down Abyss and the fantastic Rosemary and together they make The Decay. Now there is nothing truely earth shattering happening here, but if you compare how TNA does weird and creepy with the Decay and compare it to what WWE does with The Wyatts and it's night and day. The Decay are actually a fun part of the show, a show that's not altogether horrible and actually has been fairly consistent. I don't want to be a TNA Truther, because I'm not but there are lots of other things to point and laugh at when it comes to TNA right now.
Of course, TNA might make me regret this post someday.
If you want to laugh at TNA, you can just look at Mahabili Shera, a guy so horrible he is going to feud with Al Snow. I would have said that perhaps a vet can help Shera, but they had to retape their match on Saturday, so I can only imagine how bad it was. I do agree that Crazy Steve is great in his role and the Decay are a good group. But these tapings feel like setting up the deck chairs on the Titanic now.
"Put on your helmets, we'll be reaching speeds of 3!" "It was nice of you to give that dead woman another chance." "All right, look alive everybody...oh sorry Susan."- MST3K: Space Mutiny
YOUR 2015 W NCAA March Madness tournament champion!
Kinda sad to see Roode/Young go, but at the same time I'm fine with it.
Roode leaving now is good for his legacy. He did about all that he could as both a heel (see 2011-2012) and as a babyface (see 2014). He then did stints as midcard heel and babyface, and heel tag and babyface. Not much left to be done, other than serve as a Director of Authority and a HoF induction, which can always be done later in his retirement. Roode's the best at playing Old School Good Guy Babyface, but Drew Galloway is a fair replacement at it.
Similarly, Eric Young has held every title that he was eligible for. World, X, Tag, Legends, Global, TV, King of the Mountain, (and even the defunct Knockouts Tag Team title due to Director Joker Sting booking absurd matches). His crazy heel act can easily be filled by Bram, although my preference would be for Samuel Shaw to return and take on that role.
Neither Roode or EY are over the hill, but both aren't likely to accomplish anything from here on out. Preemptively avoiding staleness is wise. GFW/WWE/Japan/RoH can add some fun footnotes to their careers.

In regards to the TNA website's profiles of wrestlers... Ugh, this is one thing that I can't defend TNA for. They direly need to spend more capital on their website. Their roster is perpetually outdated, their profiles are inaccurate, and they even deleted their title history sections.
The Dollhouse's profiles sound like they were last updated in Feb 2015. Since then Jade and Marti Bell have been joined by Rebel, and were joined by two leaders who've both left the company (Taryn and Kong). I'm not even sure if they're still doing the Dollhouse gimmick, besides their name.
Crazzy Steve/Abyss/Rosemary's segments are very much worth checking out on Youtube.
