Hey Cujo was pretty damn good last night too. Held the Flames to only one goal. (And that was the WHOLE game not just PART of the gaem like Richter )
Plus out of 5 penalty shots this year he's only allowed one goal, including stopping Iginla last night (of course he's on team CANADA so I don't know if that's good or bad. ) (The one goal? That was a SWEET move by Markus Naslund too)
Richter played stellar earlier in the season, and seemed to be slumping a bit just like the rest of the Rangers recently..The two back-to-back wins are very important both for the team's confidence and for their playoff standings.
Damn...8-4..against the Bruins..Not bad at all.
Here's to hoping Richter and the Rangers will forget these first games of 2002 and go back to whooping ass!
