Twitter updated its API today, which ended up forever breaking my beloved Echofon Firefox extension (which is no longer updated due to corporate bullshit). I loved it because it would just hang out in the add-on bar and wasn't shouting at me in the face like every other Firefox Twitter extension that requires a sidebar to be open (and I HATE sidebars). Does anyone know of a good Twitter client for Firefox that I can make largely unobtrusive like I could with Echofon?
smark/net attack Advisory System Status is: Elevated (Holds; June 18, 2006) While the switch from Cena to RVD should alleviate some complaints, the inevitability of the belt's return to Cena (note where Summerslam is this year) and the poor initial showing by the new ECW are enough to keep the indicator where it is for now. The pieces are in place, though, especially on RAW, for improvements to be made to the IWC's psyche in the near future.
I don't usually install software from random websites but it's Echofon, and it was a bit of a desperation, so I pulled out the scratch laptop and gave it a shot.
So far it's working fine and nothing unfortunate seems to have happened. I'll be keeping an eye out, of course, but right now I'm just glad I have my Echofon back.
