Not sure how many of you watch this show, but I started watching it with my kids when it came on seven years ago and stuck with it through it series finale Monday night.
I always enjoyed this show - the escapades of slackers Mordecai and Rigby - and thought it was one of the better shows on Cartoon Network (along with current shows Adventure Time and The Amazing World of Gumball and former shows Samurai Jack and Chowder ).
The finale was one of the better finales I have seen since the amazing end to Avatar. However, it was a rarity in that they killed off a main character (Pops). Not many "kids" shows go that route. Granted it was done to save the universe, but still, death is not a topic covered too deeply in shows like this.
The ending had a montage of each of the characters during the next 20+ years as David Bowie's "Heroes" played (another odd choice considering the audience but I loved it and it worked perfectly). It was part happy and sad all at once.
I am sure I will be enjoying this show in reruns for years and will enjoy it just as much as I did the first time around.
If you have not seen it, check it out. It is worth a look.
Life is hilariously cruel.

Ok, to start off I was semi-coaxed into seeing this with a lady person. I say "semi-coaxed" cause I actually kinda wanted to see it months ago (she didn't need to know that though). I (pretended)
