What a great game. I don't give the Patriots a chance in the Super Bowl (although I hope they win somehow).
The Eagles showed me in this game, after great performances against Tampa Bay, the Bears and now the Rams, that they are better than I gave them credit for heading into the playoffs. However, I'm still convinced they are just an above average team that absolutley caught fire at the right moment.
It was only a great game, cuz the "right team" won. :>
I was back in DE this weekend and managed to avoid WIP, which is no mean feat, as I'm a sports radio junkie. Unfortunately, it meant listening to WFAN, since there's no ESPN radio station in the region.
Now, I wish I could listen tonight and tomorrow and see who the fans and/or rapid talk show hosts blame for the loss. (because they are genetically unable to give credit to the winning team)
Choose life. Choose a job. Choose a career. Choose a family...Choose washing machines, cars, compact disc players and electrical tin openers. Choose good health, low cholesterol, and dental insurance...Choose sitting on that couch watching mind-numbing, spirit crushing game shows, stuffing junk food into your mouth...Choose a future. Choose life... But why would I want to do a thing like that?
