So, my six year old is right into buying these Pokemon cards. He's got all these cards that tell him to do stuff. Energy cards and Geodude cards, vulpix, whatever.
Is there someplace I get the rules for this game because I am feeling like a moron here. He wants to play and I have the foggiest idea what to tell him!

Read up as much as you can, also there is a short CD-ROM version of the trading card game. It came with some of my daughter's cards, and it helped explain some of the play basics.
Get him a Game Boy Advance (if he doesn't already have one) and get Pokemon Card GB. It's a Game Boy Color game, so you can get it pretty cheap. You get all the fun of collecting and playing with every card, only you won't go broke buying cards.
I printed out the rules and I am thinking the two boys (6 and 4) can keep playing the way they are now! They put some cards out and the oldest boy takes them. Seems fair to him, not so much to his brother.
I will be re-reading the rules again to see if I can figure it out for them!

Okay, you may have caught me on one there. What I actually did was to print out the directions and hand them to my wife. So, if you call that reading them, then I read them. As for re-reading them again (from the College of Redundancy School), maybe I won't now that you're picking on me!
