You can kinda make out what's on the glass - something along the lines of "what Germany tastes like." Well... Kinda.
EDIT: Took me long enough but I finally found a German story about the drink so I could share with you the proper German name for it - "Deutschland im Glas." Nice! Click Here (de.sports.yahoo.com) (in German)

Yeah, but how'd they get it to do that??
I've seen other drinks that do that...I'd guess that it's just lucky "happenstance" that the three liquids are different densities...hence they "stack".

Well, the heavy stuff sinks and the light stuff rises.
Trade articles (all in German, bah) say that the team that put this idea together plans on coming out with a version of the Austrian flag later this year. That should be interesting since it will require two layers the same colour. (Red, white, red to save you having to look it up.)
"Kits" are already popping up on eBay Deutschland - I'm sure they can't export alcohol over here but the pictures are interesting, at least. Click Here (cgi.ebay.com)
It's a variation on an old theme generally known as a "pousse cafe". Traditionally they're done in 5 to 7 layers and are either sipped from the top or through a (silver) straw from the bottom, but always a layer at a time. I've seen recipes that actually call for heating some of the ingredients to achieve the correct density of one or more layers. It's also considered one of the worst breaches of bar etiquette to order a pousse cafe and slam it in one go, but most bars you go into don't know what they are, and can't and/or won't make you one, so whatever.
More fun with specific gravity can be had in the beer drinkin' world with drinks like a Crown Float (Guinness floated on Strongbow cider), Black & Tan (Guinness floated on Harp or Bass Ale), and the Irish Iceberg (Guinness floated on Seagram's Ice Lime flavor -- two or three of those and consider yourself the Titanic). You can even buy a special spoon to help you do the deed.
