We've all seen these internet posts where someone asks his online community to photoshop a picture (red eye removal, etc.) only for it to go out of control and give results such as this:
I want to do something similar as a prank to a friend. Where can I find such forums as these? I know jack about Photoshop and am thus calling to my fellow W's for help.
Thanks!

I'd suggest starting at Reddit - specifically, http://www.reddit.com/r/picrequests - it'll definitely help if you have an "interesting" source or request, so see what attracts responses and make your initial request accordingly.
If you're more fearless, I think FARK and 4chan have dedicated subforums for this stuff, but I've never ventured deep enough to find out. (Actually, now that I've looked....please completely ignore this paragraph.)
Just a friendly piece of advice... unleashing the internet on the photo of an unsuspecting friend may have some unintentional and unpredictable consequences - ones that cannot easily be erased from posterity. These are not requests that can easily be controlled, and I would be a bit hesitant, however well intentioned, of subjecting a friend to the whims of of Reddit or any other internet forum.

Your friends? People like us, with a benevolent dictator, maybe. Reddit? If you are looking to exchange friends maybe.

I'll be happy to apply, but I'm sure I'm not what they're looking for in a beta tester under a NDA. Maybe Kim would have more luck. (Maybe LISE would have more luck!) Hopefully this means that they plan to FINALLY have this ready by Christmas.
