I am sure there are probably reasons for no thread, but since you asked.
1. Hmmm....if you let it, yes.
2. Sure, because we supported Syrian Rebels who may or may not have had ties to ISIS or Al Queda or whoever. By Christmas, we along with most of the countries are going to force a deal that will probably be favorable to Asaad. However, there is going to be a timetable to get him out with a giant golden parachute.
3. Probably today. I am mean how many hate crimes are we going to keep ignoring or not calling acts of terrors to minorities or certain religious groups. As for ISIS. Its going to happen, because we have a bunch of idiot wannabe terrorists. As for an organized attack by ISIS proper, no. And in the months to come, we are going to find that ISIS proper had no idea about this and are going to take credit, because its what posers do.
What happened in Paris was terrible. My hope is that it will end the Syrian Civil War which is mucking things up. It will eliminate one of the hundreds of problems there. Besides the ones we started with going into Iraqi and continuing to drone away.
The GOP response to the refugees is beyond gross, by the way. Like why America sucks gross.
Remember when it used to be cool to make fun of France about surrendering and all that other bullshit? Click Here (badassoftheweek.com). They can take care of themselves, and *will* try to take care of ISIS alone if they have to.

Re: #2 - are we going to ignore 6,353 airstrikes? The US has done some heavy lifting already, compared to 1,772 airstrikes from the rest of the coalition.
Re: the GOP - I totally agree. I love how all the people that were calling the homeless lazy last week, are now saying we need to help them and not refugees.
