Wait, your employer can test you for something that's legal in your state of employment? How does that work?
Here in another country on the other side of the continent (TWICE the irrelevance), where it's still illegal but not generally prosecuted in amounts less than 1/4lb, you'll pay CAD$220/oz for fairly decent product; so say folks I know (not that I no longer partake, but since I had kids my priorities and extracurricular activities have changed rather dramatically).

a: it is still a federal crime
b: they can test you for alcohol while on the job and fire you too. Pot just stays in longer

Part (a) I conveniently neglected, and although I'm sure there's a boatload of subtle and not-so-subtle differences between state and federal labor law, the simple fact of (a) almost certainly gives a legal leg to stand on. Or at least defend a case.
Part (b) on the other hand, seems awfully squidgy to me. It's one thing for jobs where safety (of the individual or the public) is involved, and I understand why testing for substances, legal or not, is warranted and dismissal for a positive test while on the job is justified. But if you're going to allow folks to drink alcohol when they're away from work but not smoke weed, that's a massive double-standard in a state where weed is every bit as legal as alcohol.
There were still 1,922 arrests for MJ possession in colorado in 2014 (we don't have stats for 2015). Just a very few cultivation and distribution charges (I guess those guys have all opened shops).
so it is still somehow illegal to possess in some way.

to answer yer question, about $400 an oz for quality. Depends on who you know and what else you are buying, but that's the going rate here. It's about the same everywhere I go, so yeah...

I picked up a few things when I was younger from my mom. You want weird you got it. Saltine Crackers in milk. Just like cereal but for poor white trash like I was as a kid. Peanut Butter and sliced pickle sandwich.
