I'm Jamie. 43. Born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia, with stints in Ottawa, Calgary, and Portland, ME before settling in Houston with my wife of 6+ years.

Have actually made some pretty solid RL friends off this board. Pretty proud of that.

Been involved in Learning & Development most of my career. Currently working at one of the big oil & gas supermajors (Yes, we're the ones who polluted the Gulf. No, you can't try to rip us off for money we don't really owe you.)

Grew up watching Atlantic Grand Prix Wrestling and old WWF shows (we didn't get TBS growing up, so I had no clue what the NWA or WCW were). I was at the RAW in Ottawa the night after the Montreal Screwjob. That was a weird vibe.

All of my favorites are dead (British Bulldog, Benoit, Perfect).

I'm Josh. I'm 40, born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, and now residing in Glendale. I've been married for 15 years (as of next week) and I have a five-year-old son. Been on the board since March of 2003. SchippeWreck is an example of how terrible I am at coming up with handles.

I've worked for the L.A. Unified School District for the last 16 years in various capacities, currently in IT customer support.

I got into wrestling when I was about 13. I think my first exposure was the Main Event where Andre "won" the title, but I didn't become a full-fledged fan until around Wrestlemania V. Attended Wrestlemania 12.

I haven't met many wrestlers in person. I met HHH and Chyna in 1998 when I was working at Universal Studios. I met Shawn Michaels at a signing in 2003ish. And I met R-Truth at Comic-Con in 2006. (Told him I enjoyed his work and his lady friend laughed at me after I walked away.)

I still love wrestling in general, but I no longer watch WWE TV on a regular basis. (Though, I am grateful for the Network, so I can watch PPVs.) Being in the L.A. area, I am lucky enough to have PWG shows at my disposal (attended their second show ever in 2003, plus many others over the years). PWG and anyone associated with it are what keeps my wrestling love alive, which is probably why I'm enjoying NXT so much right now.

I haven't really interacted with other W's outside of here, aside from on other social media platforms. Uberlou, who doesn't post here much anymore (but sill lurks) is my brother-in-law.

Everything is awesome.

I'm Tom, and I am 49 years old. I have been married for 19 years (this is my 2nd marriage), and have 3 kids, 24 year old daughter, 19 year old son and a 14 year old son.

I am in upper management of a self help moving company (see if U can figure that out!), and have been here for 22 years. Born in Chicago, I moved to Phoenix when I was 13, and have lived here ever since (with the exception of 1 year in Clearwater, FL). Went to Arizona State and got a degree in Computer Science, and went back and got a Masters in Project Management.

I've been following wrestling since my college days, and date back on the Internet to MiCasa and then Wrestlemaniacs. While I don't post often to the board, I do visit just about every day and keep up with what is going on.

My boys rekindled a lot of interest as they found it on their own, and got into it pretty heavily, with the surprising result of them telling me about the W, where they liked when CRZ posted the pictures from Raw and offered captions. Of course, I got to tell them I joined back when it started (and finally got a W of the day in the past year!)

I'm Greg (which I much prefer to my given name of Gregory) and I just turned 30 in September. Some know, but for those who don't, I write for pwtorch.com covering Smackdown, writing a column in the newsletter and participating in various audio on the site. I live in Naples, FL but am originally from a tiny town in Western (not Upstate!) New York, in between Rochester and Buffalo. I'm in my third year in Florida and third year teaching sixth grade special ed and Language Arts. My undergrad degree is in Journalism and I have a Master's in Education from Brockport college (NY).

I'm single and have no kids. I coach boys volleyball and boys soccer at school. I have a huge collection of sports cards and key chains. Running was the worst part of practices when I played sports in high school and now I do it to stay in shape. I've dropped about 15-20 pounds since the spring and have added swimming laps to my workout regimen, which I give a great deal of credit for the weight loss. I still watch Unsolved Mysteries repeats even though I've seen them all tons of times. I've written a book: "It Was Football, Stupid: The Untold Story of the XFL." It's awful. Don't buy it.

I'm Jeff. hansen9j was assigned to me at university. Married, one kid (3). Accountant specializing in Canadian taxation (I'm currently posting this in the middle of s week-long tax course.) Wife and brother also work at the same firm as me, which is nice. (I met her there, but not him.) Was there for Bret Hart's first ever WWF title defense (against the Berserker). Per James, I have the second deepest voice he's ever heard, after the lead singer of a 90s one-hit wonder.

Correct. I used to run their website which is why Jeff has the second-deepest voice of anyone I know.

My name is Ron. I turn 45 in a few weeks. I am on my second marriage. I have four children, a son who is 18 and daughters that are 23 10 and 2. I also have a 3 month old granddaughter.

I was in the Navy from 1989-2002.

I known a lot of people here dislike me from my past douchebaggery and for that I apologize. Admittedly i used to be a dick, and a hardcore GOP supporter. Quitting drinking and moving to a libertarian viewpoint has changed me a lot.

My first wrestling memory was Jimmy Valiant screwing Jerry Lawler out of the Southern title when i was about 7 years old. I believe I lived in the grandest time to be a fan and to be living in Louisiana during Mid South's heyday. Junkyard Dog was my all time favorite and when he lost a loser leaves for 90 days match to Ted DiBiase and came back under a mask, my screenname was born.

I have met a ton of wrestlers in my day with Hogan being the only big name that i havent met.

I barely watch anymore, just here and there to keep up with story lines. My network subscription stops next month, and while i have watched every PPV since the Rumble, I won't be renewing.

Hi. I'm Stefan. Just turned 34. Married for 5 years, just had a son (our first) about 10 months ago. Born in Manhattan, lived between Avenue A and E 6th Street in Manhattan and 41st Street and 12th Avenue in Brooklyn. Left NYC when I was 9. I have moved over 20 times in my life. Not a military family, not a foster kid, no problems with the law or any other stereotypical reason for moving so often. Rolling stone and all that I guess. Currently living in Germany (the wife is Air Force and that's where she's stationed) and am tired of the whole experience. We get to leave for good in September. There are some aspects of German life that are great but also a lot of inconveniences. That combined with the new addition to the family made our decision to get stationed back in America easy.

I grew up on WWF. Savage has always been and always will be my favorite. I own his album. Also a huge fan of Flair, Austin, Rock, and Punk. I appreciate the idea of Daniel Bryan but I don't go nuts for him. John Cena isn't the devil but he could do more to counteract what his critics say about him.

Currently I'm a full time dad due to being in Germany, but I will resume my law degree when I get back to America. i suck at online classes.

I'm an asshole but I'm not a dick. I'm also not, nor have ever been, Hyatte. I am a Packers/Jets, Yankees, Duke, Messier/Blackhawks, and Arsenal fan. Packers are from Favre, Jets are from my youth. Hockey is a little tougher. I don't like the Rangers now as much as I did as a teenager, and I like the Blackhawks the same as always. That started with my love of Chris Chelios and has continued through the really bad times until present. Mark Messier is my favorite player of all time. The Callahan trade really pissed me off. I hate James Dolan more than I have any right to, and refuse to support his teams until he's gone.

Name is Eric, age is 49. Been around the board for quite awhile.

I've been in radio for 30 years, mostly as a talk host and sports guy. Interviewed everyone from Nobel Prize winners to local pageant winners, wrestling World Champs to baseball hall-of-famers to little league coaches.

First wrestling I saw was Dick the Bruiser's WWA in the 70s on local TV, got hooked again on Georgia Championship Wrestling and the great Gordon Solie.

Locally, I've been calling play-by-play for a couple companies for a few years, New Breed Wrestling for quite awhile, Heritage Wrestling Coalition and most recently on UWC. Did a TV show and a PPV for Big Time Wrestling out of the Detroit area, which was fun. If you'd like, you can find some of those matches on YouTube.

W folks who have been subject to on-air questioning by me include TheCubsFan and CRZ.

Married a red-headed Hoosier six-plus years ago....

So there.

I'm Patrick. 37 years old and have lived in the St. Louis area for my entire life.

Worked at a radio station for about nine years but nowadays do data entry. Working at a talk-oriented station gave me a crash course on politics and also gave me very little tolerance for the whackjobs on either side, so I tend to avoid that sort of thing.

Been a wrestling fan since mid-1991; discovered my area's independent scene in 2000 and that's where my current wrestling fandom tends to focus. Did some commentary for Gateway Championship Wrestling for a little while and currently do commentary for a newer promotion called High Risk Wrestling.

Used to do more internet rasslin writing(i.e. nWWWWo), but nowadays just keep to myself and my low-key blog.

Been doing standup comedy open-mics off and on for the past eight and a half years; don't perform as often as I once did, but it's a fun hobby and I've even been paid to perform on a few occasions. The closest I have to a "credit" was opening for Dustin Diamond one time.

Like video games though I'm way behind on the current systems; I'm more likely to put quarters into a Pac-Man machine or dust off Tetris.

Got into anime/manga in recent years, mostly the more popular titles like the Shonen Jump stuff.

Was once a pretty huge baseball fan but don't follow it too closely any more...never been too big on other sports.

My name is Brett. I'm 48, born in New York City and mostly grew up in the Jersey suburbs. I used to be a radio DJ, taught elementary school for a while, and now I'm a test prep teacher with The Princeton Review--SAT, ACT, LSAT, GMAT, and so on.

I met The Lovely Future Mrs. Hegemon on Usenet--we liked all the same TV shows. She's from Singapore, so at present I spend about 5 months or so of the year in SG and the rest back in Jersey. I'll likely move full-time to SG at some point, but I'm not sure when.

I'm a big Beatles fan and music guy in general, and I'm one of the editors on the music site DigitalDreamDoor.

As for wrestling, I only vaguely recall watching occasionally when I was kid. I only really became a fan when the Rock And Wrestling thing happened when I was in high school. I was very into the WWE at that time. My interest somewhat faded in the early 90s, especially when I moved back in wit my parents for a few years (they've always hated it). But when I got my own place again, I happened to be looking for something to watch on a Monday night and came across the very first episode of Nitro. This was the first time I ever really got interested in non-WWF wrestling (other than the occasional women's stuff like LPWA) and of course that was just the right time for it. I watched a lot of WCW and some ECW at the time, and that's when I discovered the W along with OO and the like. My interest in wrestling has really fallen off in recent years, so mostly I just follow the threads here and occasionally catch bits and pieces of Raw or whatever non-WWE stuff I can find.

The Mets and Rangers are my teams.

I didn't use my name at the time because there was a fellow in the wrestling business out east with the same name as I.

"Handsome Eddie Famous" would have been my stage name had I been a wrestling manager.

Wow - I should lurk this forum more often.

Paul, turning the Big 5-0 next month. Married for 26 years with three sons (19, 17, and 13). There hasn't been a girl born in my family since my aunt 80ish years ago (she adopted three girls, my dad had three sons, oldest brother has two sons, middle brother no kids).

Lifelong Packer fan, and season ticket holder since I was 7. I site in Section 119 Row 53 at Lambeau (it was Section 19 before the renovation in 2003, but I'm not changing my username). Wife says she married me for my tickets, although she wasn't a fan when we met.

I work in an environmental laboratory, where we test drinking water and wastewater to assure compliance with state and federal regulations.

I volunteer with a semi-pro football team as their statistician. I've worked as a statistician with half a dozen or so indoor football teams in Wisconsin and Illinois, and help a buddy of mine with local high school football radio broadcasts, acting as his spotter/onsite producer/off air commentator. If you find me on Twitter, don't follow me unless you want to read about this last paragraph.

Grew up on the AWA. I met Booker T when we were on an airport shuttle to get rental cars after landing in San Diego years ago.

I'm Dave, from California. I'm 44 & started watching wrestling in the late 70's ( first Lucha Libre, then NWA, WWF & the other stuff on tv ). I was in the Coast Guard for 5 years. I worked at a tv station & dj'd at radio for a few years but mostly I cook at bars & restaurants. I got in on following CRZ when I was in college and the internet was new to me, I must have read one of his reviews on a website and found/joined one of the early incarnations of "the board" from it ( around 1996 I think ) . I had one other user name before this one ( might have been bigwavedave or something similar, don't remember the specifics but something happened to my password & out of laziness I just created a new profile ). I follow some of the others here on twitter.
I went to some live shows off and on over the years I've been on here, but really got into going to indy shows on a regular basis in late 2010, got involved in officially helping my local promotion in 2013 & started actually training a year ago. If I've seen anyone else from California around I didn't know it, but I'm mostly at VendettaPro and Alternative Wrestling Show now & you might see me around other promotions occasionally as well.

As for wrestling titles go, I own DREAM, the Dusty Roads collection with some horrible action from the Mike Graham promotion in the early 70s. (dusty tagging with a midget?) As for regular films? Love Object.
