Yeah. I'm sure I'll have a lot to say on AK when we get to him later.

I get they're mostly annoying, I think I might follow four, but that's the most surprising thing so far.
Hmm, yeah, I guess that's interesting. I guess I got all the wrestling stuff I needed from the board for many years? We'll EVENTUALLY get to some wrestling folks - I think. But I guess I treated them under that "celebrities" designation for a long time.
Dash! LIMITED: McWilliam's Jack's Blend for $3.99 & LIMITED: Green Flash Brewing Palate Wrecker for $3.49... http://t.co/S1pvasf5m7
They actually followed me first (from Foursquare check-ins or something), so I followed them back. Then they unfollowed me. Bastards! I have never taken advantage of any sale they tweeted but I always hold out hope a first time will come.
Cheesehead - apparently hasn't been here in five years. Suspiciously Wisconsonian for somebody living just outside St. Paul (although I suppose it's only 15 miles or so to the border)
Important update: Qik will be closing down on 30 April, 2014. Find out what this means to you. http://t.co/xYsaUdTy1F
They've been saying this for OVER A YEAR - clearly they still have access to this account, so WHYYYYYYY did they feel they had to open a new account? I should probably unfollow them, but I won't
Craig Ferguson's robot sidekick had four or five accounts at one point until they all settled on one (that subsequently went unused at the end of 2011) - I think all the other ones were eventually deleted (and/or we'll be seeing more of them later in this series)

My sister! She has many stories about writing and museum work! She will make you wish you'd never been born male! She's never seen a Saladin Ahmed tweet that she wouldn't retweet! And I'll probably get in big trouble if she ever reads this!
The real GIORGIO MORODER has asked "Do you own my version of 'Metropolis' on DVD or Blu-ray? https://t.co/BDspaqu47e
Exists solely to make you buy "Metropolis" on DVD or Blu-ray or whatever new version has recently been released. Fortunately, that's right up my alley. Also, they rarely tweet these days.
My favourite nation on Twitter. (Admittedly, I only know about them and Sweden - does Sweden still do that thing where a random Swede takes over the account every 24 hours?) They used to tweet (and tumbl) a whole lot more than they do now. I miss 'em.
So many rare local beauties: Fava Beans, Bitter Melons, Rainbow Carrots, Black Tail Mountain Watermelon, Zephyr Squash, Shiso, English Cukes
These two guys will always be synonymous to me despite being so opposite - I followed them both on the same day having known both from the comments on old MNSpeak. kwatt is a former state house communications staffer for the GOP (yes, there's a GOP in MN - more on that to come) who is currently between gigs (I believe) but still manages amusing digs at Governor Dayton's...well, EVERYTHING - whilst s4xton was a solar power hippie and bigtime Democrat who took a job in Hawaii and now posts incessantly about Hawaiian politics I could not care less about...although it's gotten him off "live tweeting" episodes of "Hawaii Five-O" (or is it "Hawaii Five-0?") which air in Hawaii at roughly 3am local time here. I really should unfollow him. I can't do it.

— Featherstone Farm (@featherstonefv) July 2, 2014
There was that year we did a share of a CSA at the Co-Op - this was our farm - and of course I never unfollowed them. I always threaten to do another share but gosh, I hate throwing away literally tons of spoiled produce that we don't get around to eating. Or unpacking from its box. Anyway, they post neat pictures of crops and occasionally have a recipe I'll never use but WILL look at and think about.
Pretty sure that without Fred Inglis I wouldn't have ever worked in television. Or for the Blue Jays… http://t.co/xmxP4pbjpr
Famous Sonora broadcaster who must have followed my work 20 years ago. Likes the San Francisco Giants a little too much. I think he still haunts the DVDVR message board.
The Original 7ven (actually, down to six as Jesse Johnson left them again), formerly The Orginal Time Band - mostly retweets from people who love The Time...go figure!
Ah, Bob. Other than tweeting the same Goddam links fifteen times, he's really good for NASCAR info. (I like to think that his current employer, AOL/Sporting News, MAKES him tweet the same Goddam links over and over, as opposed to he's consciously doing it to piss off all his followers) But he's also pretty good at replying to you no matter how dumbass your question is (except JJD - he ignores JJD)

Fellow acronym Dan followed me (again, must have liked something I wrote 20 years ago) and I followed him back, and it was the greatest thing I ever did. Currently writing for six different places (and hopefully getting paid at at least two), always tweets stuff worth reading, even the stuff he didn't write himself. Unabashedly Philadelphian. Still gives me sympathy favorites on my tweets. I'd love to meet him in real life some time.
FilmAf is going Open Source. Do you have experience in these types of projects or skills in PHP or Wikimedia? Wanna help?
The former DVDAF's twitstream is a very light one (I'd forgotten I was following them!) Some day I need to bribe them to merge my old "CRZed" account into my unused "CRZ" account. Of course, then I'd be obligated to start tracking my DVDs again...fortunately I don't buy too many DVDs these days...
So many selfies you start feeling like he's a real creeper. In fact...I think I'm unfollowing him. Yes! What's that, three? (I suspect other folks I follow may retweet him a lot anyway - we'll see)
prankdial is awesome! you can prank call friends, make the caller id anything, and even record the prank free! http://t.co/PQtHQGBG
She was on NXT for, like, 24 hours or something. Tweeted twice in 2010 and then must have gotten hacked to explain the tweet above. I just find it hilarious to follow this account. What can I say? Also, how weird that THIS is the first "pro wrestling" account to show up here (well....except for the ROH guy I just unfollowed)
Aug 13 Figure Four Daily: Bryan listens to Cubsfan and Dr. Lucha rant and rave about AAA and CMLL, Del Rio, Rey... http://t.co/hjZDw5HT0n
Maybe we're finally getting to the wrestling portion of my "following" list - WON newsfeed is largely useless, but when big news breaks their tweets are nice to have. Hey wait, Cubs Fan was on Figure Four Daily? Can I listen to that for free or do I have to be a subscriber (which I will probably never be)?
— Brian Williams (@bwilliams)
Hmm, wonder if he'll ever tweet. Yeah, just keep that first tweet in your pocket, anchorman. Network newscasts are DYING.
Undertaker is on Twitter! He only has one tweet, and it wasn't about Big Show, snakes, motorcycles or the desert. There's still time. I've never been excited over a person showing up on Twitter before.

@WWEMarkCalaway? That can't possibly be a real account.

Yup, I'm a mark. This looks a lot different this morning than it did last night. Real Undertaker would have totally tweeted about Big Show, snakes, motorcycles and the desert by now.
Professor BX left Minneapolis to join Stanton (where he STILL owes me a DJ controller) and then left Stanton to join Beats Audio, which means he now works for Apple. Enormously talented dude who deserves all the success he's hustled for. Doesn't say much on Twitter, though...he's more Facebook-y.
Thx 411mania.com/Two TiVos to Paradise for naming me an Entertainer of the Year. So glad u guys have never heard of George Clooney.
Shook out as the OFFICIAL Twitter of Craig Ferguson's gay robot skeleton sidekick - or as official as it got, anyway. Really hasn't tweeted since 2011? I have to admit I didn't notice...I guess I confuse him and Craig in my timeline. (Is that even possible?)
One week they bought sponsorship on the (long gone) #71 TRG car in Sprint Cup, so I followed them. They don't tweet enough to bother me and what they DO tweet is usually really bizarre. They seem like they're having fun (and they STILL love Andy Lally way more than normal humans should)
The trailer parks across the metro are definately EMPTY! ... #downtownafteracountryconcert... It had to be a soldout show!
The reigning and defending (male) Timberwolves in-arena host hasn't tweeted in over a year? Wow...again, I totally didn't notice. I think his "real" gig is morning DJ at one of the radio stations around here
Dave has two accounts; this is his "professional" one. (I think.) He often tweets the same thing from both accounts, which....why. He also tweets a lot of stuff I want to heckle him about but don't. (I THINK he doesn't come by here any more so I can get away with telling you that.)
...and it shook out that you won't see his OTHER account until my next batch!
So it turns out quite a few accounts I was following (I took down a list for the sole purpose of figuring out who was missing later) have ceased to exist since the last time I bothered to check, so I don't know who specifically disappeared last week. Also, somewhere along the way, now ex-Timberwolf Dante Cunningham BLOCKED me for reasons I cannot fathom (unless he was tired of me tagging his account when he got a double double...which wasn't all THAT often). I don't remember saying anything about his incarceration for a domestic incident (at which time he deleted his Instagram, which was mostly full of photos of him and the alleged victim), but maybe he had some bad memories of his time on the team and just purged anybody who had "Timberwolves" in their bio. This makes him the SECOND Wolf (Malcolm Lee) to block me...that I know about.
Here are some people who HAVEN'T blocked me...yet!
Still baffled by the end of that farcical "press conference". The "violence" was organized because the crowd didn't disperse?
This is Dave Hogg's "non-sportswriter" account - although he tweets about sports plenty here, and occasionally tweets about not-sports over there. I guess that's why I follow both and try not to bother with the distinction (except when he double tweets, which is about as much as you'd expect).
Unbelievable rainy afternoon in London-at the worlds largest collection of ancient artifacts(British Museum)! #historynerdfest
Ted doesn't tweet much in the offseason, which is a shame because he probably does lots of interesting non-Timberwolves things - hmm, maybe HE has a non-Timberwolves account...ah, can't start down that rabbit hole...
Windows 8.1 user? We've had many requests to port Izik search, so we did! http://t.co/ykvnIKhUP7 … Please leave us a good review! Thanks!
Before they stopped tweeting altogether (and breaking their cool badges like the one we used to display on the front page), they had already pivoted from their whizbang Google-killing search engine (which turned out to NOT kill Google) to their whizbang mobile thing I never used Izik. Since they don't even tweet now, there's no point me unfollowing them. (Heck, I still wear my Blekko T-shirt!)
Dear VYou Community, Thank you so much for all your support!
VYou was super cool and I loved it and now it's dead. Most of my VYou content migrated onto YouTube and I edited about 15% of those video descriptions before I got bored and stopped and never got back to it.
Another Timberwolves front office worker - mostly what happened was, while serving on the Timberwolves fan board, I'd meet these people or they'd come present, and inevitably I'd find them on Twitter and start following them. Some of them (like Ryan) followed back! He's also been known to favorite a #twolves tweet or two, which is always nice.
Clutterknee is hurting. Not cool Ryan Whitney. Not cool.
Highly de-emphasized puppet voiced by Craig Ferguson on "The Late Late Show" - swears as much on Twitter as he did on the show, but isn't bleeped on Twitter
a 21-5 fourth quarter gives Lynx 80-63 victory and a fourth straight 25-win season, a WNBA record.
Former KARE meteorologist is currently killing time before hoofing it to South Dakota, where he will presumably move to predicting weather that's at least a day ahead of the Twin Cities
Incarceration industry is a thriving business. That's why there're more Americans ending up in jail for long time #jail
Used to post really bitchin' mixtapes to Soundcloud - now spends more time making one political tweet every two or three months - I hold out hope he'll be back to sharing music as opposed to cartoon depictions of Mohammed
As we go along, you'll see a lot of Public Information Officers - my general rule is if I'm already seeing their tweets thanks to retweets from local media, I'll go ahead and follow 'em to get their news direct
VP of fan experience for the Timberwolves, great guy, always has time for a quick word even though he ends up having quick words with THOUSANDS of folks on any given game night. Obsessed with the Target Center statue of Sid Hartman. His tweets containing "old school" starting fives are always amusing. In short, the perfect Timberwolves front office worker to follow...IF YOU ONLY FOLLOW ONE TIMBERWOLVES FRONT OFFICE WORKER, MAKE MINE MUNN
I picked up this fellow Timberwolves fan to keep apprised of his blog updates, but he stopped blogging. Still has great takes on the Wolves, and occasionally will respond to mine on Game Night.
Dirty rotten stinkin' traitor who will, I'm sure, get everything he deserves and more in Cleveland. What's that? The trade isn't until this weekend? Sorry, I meant "Greatest Timberwolf OF ALL TIME" (I'll probably continue to follow him...I suspect he will start tweeting a whole lot more very soon...)
Great lunch with @rakeshlobster. Unconventional approach, but he's definitely not crazy.
I think they almost immediately lost their password after this initial tweet. They now infrequently tweet under another handle which, like everything else, we'll get to sooner or later...
Aww, geez, it's been almost three weeks since I tackled this. I was gonna finish before summer was over! Well, let's get back into it...
(The WORST part is, although I went into this project with one of my goals being to thin out the herd, I've been on a following spree and now I'm way up to 536 followers...meaning this will drag out even LONGER....)
Happy Birthday America..."we love you cause ya rock and ya roll with so much soul..."
Scott Christ has several accounts (and he used to have one here! I wonder if he still lurks...I'll have to check later) but this is his "rasslin" one. He also has a Tumblr where he has mastered the art of getting tween girls to like and reblog his stuff. Anyway, you must follow him if you enjoy the live tweeting of RAW and PPVs (and occasionally other stuff but not too occasionally).
I think the Twitter account of the Target Center renovation lasted just long enough to make sure they had secured taxpayer money and then went mostly silent. Thus far we have not seen any Target Center renovations, but we have been assured that they're coming. All I want is some decent Wi-fi in that friggin' place!
If I could go through life without stubbing my toes on my stupid damn Ikea chair one more time, I would be absolutely okay with that.
— Kayla (K-la) Vosper (@eastSideRat88) May 8, 2014
K-la used to hang out at the karaoke spot but we don't see her as much unless it's at a Timberwolves game. She's all over Facebook but rarely tweets.
I tried - and failed - to get FLEA to take to Twitter. Y'know, I haven't heard from HIM for a few months either! I still have this year's "NASCAR Day" pin to send him.
Anybody still looking for a #sxsw ticket and hotel room - we have one extra ticket and room at the Hilton - Let me know if interested
One of those companies I followed because Rachel Sklar told me to - they must have gone under two years ago as their URL is a black hole, so I can't even remember what service they attempted to provide as an NYC startup beyond some snazzy T-shirts (of which I never managed to get one)
The Timberwolves' courtside DJ Mad Mardigan is a cool dude who used to have NO followers and used his real name (I can't remember it but it was very Polish) on his account. Look at him now!
Hmmm....let's do ten more while I'm here
Pink Mink is releasing a 7"!! It'll be released on Kiss Of Death Records out of Tampa Florida! Thanks guys! The... http://t.co/EtkmSVmRbT
I love Pink Mink! It's the band that Arzu's currently in - she was in Selby Tigers - and Christy was in the Von Bondies and if you remember ANY of these groups, you are a better musicologist than I am. So why don't you have their CD already?
Sherman, classless. Carroll, snake. Never trust a man who chews gum with his mouth open & a creepy grin on his face at the same time. #NFL
I was getting his one-liners retweeted so many times I decided I'd better just follow him instead. I think his stuff is hit-n-miss but for a Republican, his batting average for "funny" is MILES ahead of most of the conservatives who THINK they're funny tweeters. (I DO wonder who actually writes his stuff...)
Nice guys finish first appears to be the theme at GOP governor unity news conference. Up next DFL promising to be not so nice.
Ex-anchorwoman at KSTP, notoriously conservative (for a "journalist," for sure), now does consulting work for the GOP (I think) and still writes for MinnPost. She doesn't tweet much, sadly.
Then KARE meteorologist, now KSTP meteorologist. Maybe the most useful weather-related tweets out of all the local weatherfolk I follow, definitely the most tech-y with the coolest iPhone screen grabs, consistently shares his 7-day forecast graphic before the news (so I can keep watching other stations - oops, sorry, Yuhas!)
OK, let's see if I can get back into a roll. (See you tomorrow?)
I'll always follow whoever is governor so long as they're on Twitter, but Governor Dayton is....not great. He DOES follow back, though, so I can't be mad at him.
TONIGHT: I'm joining @seanhannity on @FoxNews w/ a response to @BarackObama's address to the nation. Be sure to tune in at 10pm ET.
Not on McLaughlin Group too much anymore - she hangs out at the Fox News studios a lot and I believe she's got a weekend radio gig in NY as well. For an unabashed conservative, she's not as bad/kooky as most (though she also falls into the trap of oversimplifying issues which you see a lot from "pundits") - I will usually read whatever blog entries she links.
The 612 Crew are looking for new members to join their coed dance group. Auditions are on October 4th. Check it out! pic.twitter.com/L2ULQe16tu
Another writer I gave in and followed because he was getting so many retweets from people I was already following. Used to be the big cheese at Sactown Royalty (I think) and is still a massive Kings fan despite graduating to SB Nation's "NBA" subsite.
Look, it's The Goon! He is very Canadian. He has another account, but this is ten so I have to split them up...I'll bet that's a hell of a tease for my next post!
Local...celebrity? Legend? Whatever he was, he parlayed a public access TV show into all sorts of "hosting" gigs, most famously the First Avenue Halloween Party.
Another local celebrity - formerly a DJ with a following, still writes music review for City Pages' music blog Gimme Noise! Couldn't take my wrestling tweet bursts and unfollowed me...very sad - he still breaks enough music news that's new to me that I continue to follow him.
My (slightly less-than-Aaron-aged) cousin, hopefully making it big in real estate in Fremont/Newark/Union City (mostly) - his sons are the *cutest* but you have to be his friend on Facebook for THAT action
Open letter to me at 22: whenever you find yourself in a tight spot, all you have to say is "I have a girlfriend and a bad moral compass."
One night Ian decided he needed a private account for stuff he didn't want public. He barely uses it and I've never seen anything there that I wouldn't tweet public...on the other hand, I'm not a celebrity with a ... reputation? to protect, and I sure don't need to keep everybody happy
My longest tenured roommate from UCR, which earned me a place in his wedding party - he's allegedly a lawyer but all he ever tweets about is ice hockey (he is a goalie and a turncoat Sharks fan/now Kings fan) and poker (varying levels of professionalism)

Back when I was still interested in contributing to share of a CSA, this was the farm the local Symantec folks chose to hitch their wagon to - they went under before the season was out - another account I leave as a follow on the off chance I'll be shocked should they ever choose to tweet again
Anybody keeping track? Where are we in this list? I'll try to count before the next set of ten.
Former Mediaite writer, former Geekosystem editor - dropped off the face of Twitter and never returned (but was nice enough to accept my follow request long after he'd stopped tweeting!)

I get NOTHING from following this account but it made CHAPLOW happy and they haven't tweeted in over a year so I GUESS I won't unfollow 'em....hmm, CHAPLOW hasn't been HERE for three months either...
RT @webbmedia: I'm loving @orian right now. Siftee pretty much defines awesome.
They had a pretty awesome Twitter client that was extremely hard to get an invite for - then Twitter dicked 'em around on the API and they figured they'd better find better things to do. I think I talked to Orian (their CEO) to let him know this account had been hacked once. Another Rachel Sklar-influenced follow...boy, she's been involved with a lot of dead startups (and a few successful ones, to be fair)
All followers just a reminder this account closes down at the end of this week..... Follow me @wolvespresident from now on!
I have no idea why he had to abandon this account - it seems to me if you can still tweet from it you should still be able to figure out how to take it back from whatever clutches it may have fallen into, but...oh well, he's got another account and I follow that one too, we'll see if much later I'm sure
This guy, this is not the guy. Now with the Sacramento Kings and not exactly making the Timberwolves sorry they traded him - whether or not they're sorry they PICKED him #2 is probably a longer discussion. I'm tempted to unfollow him but he doesn't annoy me enough for me to do it.
Now HERE is a totally useless account I am THRILLED to unfollow. They used to have a useful daily email thing which was tailored to your interests, and then one day somebody figured out there was no money to be made doing that so they pivoted into this really boring, shitty marketing concern with boring, shitty, daily graphical statistical nonsense tweets that I can't believe I have followed them this long. Hell, they never even followed ANYBODY back! What kind of social networking expertise is displayed THERE?! Seriously, this unfollow makes this whole project worth it. (I still need to find some more accounts to unfollow...)

Dave and Sonoko's punk band has probably changed a bit since Dave left Japan to come back here. At one time they had like five accounts, four of which they didn't use, but I followed all of them until they disappeared. Sometimes I skip past the Japanese characters, sometimes I feed them to Google translate. Ones which are obviously ads for concerts I won't be able to make are usually skimmed past.
Awesome drummer, awesome "classic" Staraoke co-host (like, before we even moved to Minneapolis - and now he's back doing it today!), pinball aficionado, always pushed to the brink when I get going on a #RAW live stream, but has just learned to mute me for three hours. I love this dude and need to hang out with him more often. He probably thinks we hang out just often enough.
There'll be a lot more Dave in posts to come, but for now...time to firmly plant my butt in "weekend mode" (as if writing these posts didn't already indicate I wasn't doing much work this afternoon)
Somehow I didn't know Blackman was on Twitter for a lot longer than I should have. He followed me back!! He seems to have completely disappeared from Twitter, sadly.
I don't think I ever told you this account existed. Somehow we have 7 followers! It mostly exists to send me texts to let me know something went hot (and then went hot again five minutes later). You can see just how excited we've been about RAW lately given how long it's been since we had a hot one.
Amen RT @WiseManSi: Forget it enough to get over it, remember it enough so it doesn't happen again.

My largely ineffective, ultraliberal Congressman-for-life who will never lose in this district. For a while, he had a tremendously amusing string of attractive women in his "following" list but I think he figured out that people were discerning his "types" and started following a bunch of union accounts to mask them.
COMING UP!
Mike: "Our special guest today is a loud, bald, highly opinionated TV personality."
Tony: "He sounds AWFUL."
I work when the show is on, so I largely follow them for information about when they're off the air so I can populate isptiontoday.com, but occasionally they will live-tweet something interesting said on the show.
I followed them to be ready when they'd send a "for a table upgrade to tonight's show" trivia question for a concert I was attending - still have never won, stupid Internet. I could unfollow them but they post set times and I wish EVERY venue would do that, so I maintain the follow out of ... I dunno, weird solidarity or something. (Also so I can occasionally say to myself "MAN! How did I miss the announcement of THIS show I'm staying home and not attending?!")
Another karaoke friend who appears to have given up on Twitter. I'll have to ask her next time I see her (which, by the time it happens, I will surely have forgotten)
New York friend and awesome connoisseur of Korean culture - I try to let you know every time she ends up interviewing a WWE superstar when they're plugging their movie
The Masked Man is probably responsible for getting me the most followers the quickest, and I think he even followed me first, so I'll never NOT follow him, no matter how many aggravating omissions, not-quite-right "facts" or shoe(maker)horned concepts like "The Reality Era" creep into his writing
Alison left Minneapolis to experience the go-go lifestyle of being broke working for Amoeba Records in Los Angeles, punctuated by the occasional very independent acting gig and/or appearance on a national game show. Her feed is too good to remain private, but that's her call. I'm amazed how little Southern California has changed since I put in my time there.

I used to follow the "Pueblo, Colorado" Twitter account, but it doesn't exist any more. This one is slightly less useful, but not so useless I can bring myself to unfollow it.
Ovis put out one spectacular album in 1993 and then disappeared forever. He tweets about once a year and they never make sense. So I guess I'm saying he's the perfect follow. I think I'll listen to his album again!
Nightosaur, on the other hand, are still mostly a "best kept secret" around these parts, but they're up to their THIRD album, which I helped finance through some Kickstarter type mechanism. John's a friend - actually, Andy is probably a friend too if we'd ever spent more than a couple minutes talking. I have no idea who's drumming for them these days. It probably doesn't matter.
Part of following so many local media folks is you end up seeing a lot of retweets of police accounts and Public Information Offices. I decided to just go ahead and follow those accounts and get it straight from them instead of minutes/hours later from a reporter. Some of these PIO guys are pretty brutal, though. (I'll save that comment for the Minneapolis one.) This was the first one I followed because they were the earliest office to "get it right," so I would see the most retweets from 'em. We'll see many more as we continue...

There was a period when Soul Clap were starting EVERY tweet with "POW IN YOUR FACE!" and I almost unfollowed them. This is a case of a follow where what they tweet is almost totally useless but the USEFUL stuff (links to music, almost always) are so worthy that it redeems all the other crap I put up with and I can't unfollow them. This seems to be a recurring theme around here.
Photoset: Hello. Remember when we used to talk? We used to look at covers of DVDs that did not exist? Oh,... http://t.co/zspGKIr66j
Fun Tumblr which went dark a while ago. Looks like they podcast about Columbo episodes now. Hey, why didn't *I* think of that? Ah, because I HAVE NO FREE TIME TO WASTE ON SUCH FLIGHTS OF FANCY (he said, as he crafted ANOTHER post containing ten accounts he followed on Twitter which nobody cares about except possibly himself)
I can't tell you all the excuses I have for not making timely continuation of this project, but I'm gonna try to do SEVERAL bunches of 10 today and see if I can find ANYBODY to unfollow. Because...my timeline is OUT OF CONTORL.
(It doesn't help that I keep ADDING people to follow...I'm now up to 541. I really should try to shunt some people off into lists...but who has time for THAT, either?!)
A-Rod's been a serial retweeter right up until the season started, when he's gone silent. He is OBSESSED with the midrange (basketball) shot and as California boy still gives shouts to the Sacramento Kings despite his now-obligatory Milwaukee (ugh) Bucks fandom
Just got this trivia question wrong: what is the most common lake name in MN? #fail Any guesses??

Nicole is a "digital designer;" I followed her (now long since aborted) "Branding 10000 lakes" project - which was and is really cool and you should go find it and waste some time looking at them - and then, when I found out she tweeted a lot about the Packers, I followed HER as well. She managed to design logos for 366 lakes - a low percentage but a long year. Actually, there are parallels to me not completing THIS project...except I'm gonna finish this project, by God
(By the way, I think the answer to that trivia question is "Long Lake," if the responses are to be believed - I'm too lazy to confirm it myself)
A great, great group - well, one or two guys - usually just Dr Alex Paterson - but still great - Twitter's so good for finding out about new releases you can't possibly afford at the time - ignorance is bliss and much cheaper - but seriously, without Twitter I'm not totally sure how I'd ever find out there's a new Orb record. Facebook is just way too spotty for capturing that news, and....I guess they could email me, but I must have opted out or email just doesn't work so well in 2014.
The mercurial Master Beasley has left and rejoined Twitter several times since I originally followed him when he was on the Timberwolves. I'm not even sure he's in the league at this point (I THINK he's on a preseason roster to try to earn a spot.) When he DOES tweet - which is now quite rare - he's still incredibly entertaining...although sometimes obliviously, unwittingly so. I suspect he still likes the weed.
#SPPS board member O’Connell says she’s struggling with decision. Believes start times and transportation are two separate decisions.
Staraoke friend who I don't even think lives around here anymore (although I swear I just saw her - I think a lot of people descended upon St. Paul for the Replacements concert)
In the late 80s and early 90s I collected Big Dogs Ts like a madman. I still have almost all of them in a tub somewhere (none of them really fit, because I am ... much more substantial) - I think the brand changed hands a few times and there may have been a bankruptcy in there, and what they are now is truly awful and I'm not their target demographic, and yet....I can't unfollow them. They also occasionally share photos of dogs, and who doesn't like that? (Cat people don't like that. I tell you)
One thing I learned from #TheSimpsons is that I can pick all the NFL winners, without knowing shit.
Former boyfriend of a friend - now a friend. Beer ambassador living a charmed life. I would like to hang out with him some more but our paths rarely cross, and when they do it's usually the most random time possible. Kinda like his Twitter handle.
Good start! Let's do another ten in an hour or so!
