I'm guessing Seth MacFarlane enjoyed "Malibu's Most Wanted" a little too much, because there's no other fathomable reason why Jamie Kennedy would be:
a) employed b) essentially playing the same character for this show
This was well on its way to being the best episode of the series so far, but holy crap, did the Cleveland freestyle rap bring the show to a screeching halt, or what?
The rest of the episode was pretty good, but that's because the show mainly focused on Cleveland and Cleveland Jr., the show's only two good characters so far. Definitely got some laughs out of Cleveland trying to scare the kid away from virginity, especially when the comic book convention idea backfired and they wound up coming home dressed like Klingons. I would have killed for Cleveland to walk up to Federline's car still dressed like Worf.
We're five episodes in and there's good stuff to be seen, but there's still a problem when the show has to avoid the stepchildren to make something watchable.
I take the opposite tack - the freestyle was the highlight of the show for me, and there wasn't much of anything to write home about otherwise. ("Needs more Tim," maybe?)

I still haven't finished Razor on Netflix Instant. I guess it's cool to still have a little bit of BSG left to watch, so I'll always tease myself with watching it every now and then. Did feel a little too unnecessary.
