Who knows, perhaps if I broadcast some of my futile YouTube searches here, some helpful soul could point me in the right direction ... and then others could chime in with stuff that they've had trouble locating (You help me, I help you, criss-cross!).
Okay, so here's some of the (useless) stuff that I've been trying to locate on teh YouTube but - thus far - have failed to track down:
There was this old commercial, I have no recollection of when exactly it aired or even of the product that it was advertising; all I remember is that it featured a bunch of old ladies who embarrassed a bunch of tough-looking guys by "out-toughing" them (particularly one old biddy who does one-armed pushups while yelling "One-armed!") ... Needless to say, it's difficult to locate such a commercial with so few details on Google (never mind YouTube)
I don't remember much from the old "Ripleys! Believe it or Not" show (pre-Dean Cain), but one segment stands out vividly in my mind ... It concerned scientists' predictions about how animal life on Earth would evolve or the next several thousand years, and featured a bunch of models that looked similar to those dioramas they have at the American Museum of Natural History (amnh.org); one diorama in particular was of bats that evolved the ability to walk on two legs and were displayed killing and eating a deer (very graphic image for me at that age).
Back in the early 90s, the local FOX affiliate (en.wikipedia.org) used to air Boston Celtics games as well as "The Simpsons" and reruns of "The Cosby Show", so they would run this commercial with a catchy jingle promoting all three (Bill, Bart, and Bird / Everybody have you heard / About Bill, Bart, and Bird) ...
Either during the "Blair Witch Project" hullabaloo, or even immediately preceding it, one of the networks (UPN?) ran a similarly-themed one-hour special about alien abduction ... Even though I doubt anyone was supposed to really believe that this was actual footage, it was presented - much like "Blair Witch" - as a recently discovered videotape which documented a family discovering a landed UFO near their home and then the subsequent creepy occurrences which befall them when the aliens come a-callin'. For some reason, I can find no information for this show ever actually existing, much less footage on Youtube.
Now, I now that WWE's legal department is constantly scanning YouTube to make sure none of their copyrighted material is being posted without their permission ... But you're honestly telling me that not one clip from the "Bobby Heenan Show" (ddtdigest.com) has made it online? Seriously, not even one? How can this be?

I LOVE that one. "You pay taxes on the whole road." We still say that all the time.
That and they start the driving lesson in the Ernst Parking Lot. The only way it could be more like driving with my father is if they drove down the windy road to Golden Gardens (Are they ever going to fix that?)
I've never been able to find the music video I'm in on YouTube.
Back in '95, one of the local hip-hop groups in Halifax, Hip Club Groove, were filming a video. I'd been friends with the guys for years as a result of hosting a rap show on a university radio station in the early 90s. A bunch of us were extras in the video (shot at the Seahorse Tavern in downtown Halifax)...it used to get some play on MuchMusic WAY back in the day, but I haven't seen it in ages.
Two of the guys in Hip Club Groove were members of Len (and their "Steal My Sunshine" hit) while a third ended up being Corey from "Trailer Park Boys".
A classic match with Hacksaw Jim Duggan vs Steve Storm on a C-level WCW show.
(put down the torches)
The magic is in the commentary featuring Tony Schiavone and Bobby Heenan. A standard affair where Hacksaw makes short work of the jobber in 2-3 minutes. Tony describes some stats about Duggan, at one point noting that he was in college. Obviously amused at such a concept, this causes Brain to bust out laughing for the better part of 30 seconds non-stop. Just when you think he's calmed down, he thinks about it again... and goes off for the rest of the bout.
After DeSean Jackson's mega Brain Fart on MNF, I was trying to show my younger co-workers the Leon Lett/Don Beebe video clip that everyone seemed to be comparing it to. No can do.
I just did a presentation on prohibition for one of my classes. I tried to find Homer Simpson talking about prohibition from that one episode where Springfield outlawed alcohol to show as part of my presentation, but couldn't find it.

Ha. We did a presentation on prohibition when I was a junior in high school, and we were looking for that same video. The night before the presentation, what episode happens to air but that one. I quickly taped it and we integrated it into our presentation.
Clips of the USA network game show Strip Poker--I've found one or two, but very few. Particularly I want to see some of the *really* stupid answers that were given on that show.
Welcome home, men of the 2nd Bn, 127th Inf, 32d "Red Arrow" Brigade, WI Army Nat'l Guard! Good luck to those down south.

Didn't happen. Half the roster did Spinneronies trying to embarrass him into doing one, but eventually someone hit someone and a brawl broke out and he fled. It did sound like about the greatest thing ever.

Ah, shit, thanks for ruining that dream, KJames. Just kidding.
At least, there's always the video games, where I can make the Taker do that.
1st allow me to say I fucking Love Gorgeous Tiny Chicken Machine Show.
I was recently looking for a clip of Vince/Gowan with the hardway bloodletting of Vince from Veng. '03

I know I've at least seen "BatDance" on there during my summer obsessed with TDK.
I just searched again and it is still there. The comments sections reveal that Universal has removed the sound from most Prince uploads. This might be the answer to your question tho.
Mtv has a thing where they have like every music video ever aired on one of their channels on their site for veiwing now I've heard. I can't verify as i have never checked myself.
The one thing I can't find that I've looked all over is an series of 80's PSAs that scared the crap out of me when I was young, but would probably be really be funny to watch these days. There were two of them and they were apperently based on electrical safety. They had these kids climbing electrical towers, then overact 'falling over' while a big, scary lightbolt flashed across the screen and end the commerical with the fallen kid either on a stretcher or in a bodybag. I mean, who thinks up these things? Who would actually want to mess around a live electrical tower for 'fun'? I remember watching them during the commericals when I was watching reruns of 'CHiPS' in the mid-80's and being frightened by the lightbolt that I would go and hide underneath a desk or something until the PSA was done. Crazy memories I have as a kid.

The only truly acceptable places around here are Pepe's (New Haven and Manchester, haven't been to the Fairfield one yet), Modern Apizza (New Haven) and Little Rendezvous (Meriden). New Haven's one of the least-appreciated pizza styles out there:
