This thread was inspired by my successful completion of RAMBO! Just to sum it up...there is a reason why RAMBO has been the number one Blue Ray disk for so many weeks.
Although Bravehart, Gladiator, Platoon & Full Metal Jacket are movies that every man can enjoy. Women will watch them (when asked). So they don't count as a Man Movie! Too much story. Plus any movie that makes me somewhat watery (because of plot) cannot be considered a man movie!
This should be a movie that you just can't get girls to watch with you....Nor, do you want them to.
Rambo might possibly become my number one Man Movie for me. However, I'm going to have to re-watch....

Full Metal Jacket, Godfather I and II, The Magnificent Seven, Blade Runner
Not just grunting and violence...I'd include Porky's as an example. I mean movies that are made for men as the target audience that the typical lady would not enjoy.

All kinds of awesomeness...if you like the grunting and violence thing. Very graphic.
Personally, I think Casino is the best of the mob films. Scarface is probably the more "manly man" of the films. Hell, if there was a channel that just showed these three films I'd be one happy camper.
Godfather I & II are up there as well, but I like them for entirely different reasons than the other films.
This is a difficult question - simply because my fiancee is pretty much unlike most women I know. She generally hates chick flicks and much prefers horror flicks.
If I were to speak generally, I think that Good Morning Vietnam, Passenger 57, Snakes on a Plane, and Anaconda may qualify.
The fiancee suggested anything with Stephen Segal may qualify as a Man Movie. I'd have to agree.

Horrible, horrible movie. I watch the sequels too.
Honorable mention: Breakin'
Man I can't believe you didn't mention the one movie I WILL NOT watch again and I hold it against you that you made me watch once.
Gotta go with "Enter the Dragon". Also, any Sonny Chiba "Street Fighter" movie, though some of the really violent scenes coud be interperted as unintenionally funny (ex. when he rips off the black guy's nuts).
