Is there a repository of all the prior W-of-the-day banners, or is it going to be left to my imagination what this possibly NSFW banner looked like?

Also, as someone who used to do lots of W reading at work, it would be nice if there were a way to turn the top-of-the-page graphic off. Even back when it was just The W of the week, there were still times that I would have felt more comfortable without that there. Would it be possible to have a completely non-graphical mode in addition to dial-up mode, for example?

Google "Francesca Piccinini"

It's possible, but it's also not going to happen. If you have to worry about how the board looks while you're at work....you probably shouldn't be on the Internet while you're at work.

If you're using FireFox, you should be using the Adblock Plus extension, or one of the similar ones. If you are, and the banner at the top really bugs you, just Adblock the image - no matter what picture is up there, it's the same file location each day so it'll stay blocked.

Note I said "used to" read at work - I think I can say that I'm starting to notice a trend that when I'm visiting this site too much during the day, its a sign that the company isn't doing well...

And thanks for the name. I'll google that now.

I found this image a little creepy, until I remembered what day it was. It's still a little creepy.

Oh, a 1957-A Silver Certificate. I have one of those in my small collection of old bills. Despite the date on it, it's actually from between January '61 and April '62, because that was the only time that Elizatbeth Rudel Smith served as Treasurer.

A few years ago, when I was working at a video store, an elderly customer paid for her stuff with a $10 bill. The color was a light shade of green but looked legit.

After she left the store I looked at the bill and it turned out to be a 1936 $10 and it was in GREAT condition. Her wallet was like the size of a checkbook and the bills were lying flat in it. This bill has ZERO creases in it and when I cashed it out of my register I laid it flat in one of my novels I was reading at the time and tucked it safely away after I got home.

So you mean to say that you stole $10 from work?

I can only hope there will be more images we can relate to Mystery Science Theater 3000.

Yeah. Because it's unreasonable that working for a living fucks you out of money. Or fucking for a living works you out of money. Or fuck is a dirty four letter word and so is work. FUCK FUCK WORK WORK

*now* is this thread nsfw? FUCK FUCK MONEY FUCK WORK FUCK

Personally, I'm thinking this is CRZ's tribute to white trash. Who else would roll around in money. And seeing as he barely remembered Black History Month, THAT GIRL IN CLERICAL SUCKS COCK

The guy with the "OJ grabbing his balls while flipping you off dressed up as Thomas Jefferson"-avatar is the board's voice of Black History Month?
