From my roommate/ex girlfriend I got the Shawn Michaels Biography, a book about baseball stadiums, and a calender, from my kids I got a shirt, Mircale on DVD, some MnM figures dressed as Star Wars Charectors, and a nice card.
I got a Styx T-shirt from my Secret Santa at work, a Sudoku book from my mother (yeah, I feel ya, AWA-- that damn thing's addictive as hell!), $100 from the scratch-off ticket I mentioned earlier, and a warm and fuzzy feeling in my heart 'cuz OMG IT'S CHRISTMAS~!!!
I got a DAB digital radio, a diablo spinner, a musical bottle opener, a quality ale and pint glass, a USB keyboard vacuum cleaner and a copy of American Pie: Band Camp aka American Pie: The Movie Franchise That Refuses To Die on DVD.
I got an FM modulator that plugs into my car's lighter and lets me plug a flash drive into it to play the mp3s on my car radio. It's kind of a cool thing to play with. Also got a new computer case that can securely hold my 6 HDD (no more electricians tape for me!) and the Jake Robert's DVD.
A trip to Disneyland (!) from the in-laws. Also: a big pirate book. A book on animatronics. A couple of comic collections (including this ). A couple of t-shirts. The Magnetic Fields' Get Lost . A stuffed fillyjonk. A kalimba (thumb piano). And a few assorted little things, mostly involving pirates or monkeys.

Very generous wife, and my mom gave me quite a bit to aid in my recovery from upcoming surgery.
I'm hoping to catch up on my reading and tv viewing for the two weeks I'll be off work. That is if I make it thru surgery of course (Nothing TOO serious, but anytime someone is cutting you open, y'never know!)
Of course, I gave as good as I got.

I got season 7 as a gift today, and I think I'm going to use some of my Christmas cash to buy season 5. Season 6 is the only other one that I'm missing, but I think I'm boycotting that one until they come out with an alternate packaging like they did for season 7. Whose bright idea was that?
In addition to the aforementioned cash and Simpsons DVD, I got an iPod nano and a bunch of other cool and needed stuff that would likely uninteresting to outside message board posters. ;)

For me, it's a huge deal. I'm graduating next Thursday. I didn't graduate from high school, which probably plays a part in it. But for me, to be able to say that I came to this place, took everything it threw at me (just barely)
